RUDE EMPLOYEE (without badge, African American girl, and glasses)
Today, Thursday 11-13-2025 at 5:05 p.m. I tried to have some new dishes served by Chipotle.
My wife loves their cuisine.
However, at the first interaction with the first person in the line it was really disappointing.
Reason??????
I asked for three breads as I love their breads.
When I said three breads please, she stared at me like I am a criminal. Maybe I was her teacher at university and she had failed that course.
Then after, when I tried to say I want this new dish, she interupted me with her eyes out and yelled:”one second”.
I am not sure why was that rudness, but It was my last time here.

The two white male workers here NEVER wash their hands, one of them pushed the trash can trash further down the bin, cleaned the toilet in the restroom, & went right back on the register grabbing peoples food from the line & bagging it. Even though he didn’t prepare it, it was still disgusting he touched it. Both of the white men here do this, all the other staff is fine especially the woman staff, the woman are the only staff I see washing their hands frequently. This is the best chipotle in the city hands down though, the food is always tasting good compared to every other chipotle I been to in Baltimore city. And this one always has fajitas.

It’s unfortunate to see so many bad reviews about this location considering my experience was one of the best I’ve had at any chipotle. Service was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The young man that made my order had an exceptionally clean and neat workspace, good manners and portions were reminiscent of old Chipotle days before they got stingy. All the floors and countertops were clean, there were plenty of utensils, napkins and sauces as well as all food items seemed to be fully stocked and fresh. I had to take off one star for atmosphere for the broken door out front even though I understand this is Baltimore and things happen but 2 thumbs up on everything else, keep up the good work!!

So not sure if the guy that was making my food was trying to make the meats last for the bowls. But I ask for steak and I’m telling you it LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE HE PUT 8 TO 10 PIECES in the bowl. My son said wow mom “that’s all he was going to put.” I just ask the second guy for double meat and he put way more then the first guy. Never going back there again.. I wouldn’t need double meat but had to pay extra for it. And all i got was chips and one bowl.

Okay so I spend money here I’ll start with that I have a family of 9 so it’s just given that we spend money. Tonight the service from the cashier was awful ( big maybe Latina woman tall up front) she refused to give her name after I came back to complain. But as I was getting rung up she kept saying I got guacamole on an order that I didn’t it was a mistake by the lady who made it she scrapped it off and put it in a cup after I told her no big deal I’m not about to have her redo the whole meal just because … even with the lady telling the big Latina women she made a mistake she still rung me up for guacamole on all three bowls and I only order it for one. Then I ask for a large cup of ice she says no we don’t give large cups for ice I said oh no I’m paying for this I always come in and get large cup ice I’m diabetic they don’t have anything sugar free to drink so I usually fill my cup with water or just take the ice if I have a drink in my car or Stanley cup. So she goes to get a manager and they were even confused the older woman says yes yes she can have large cup for ice and she hands me the cup. The woman was overall rude and I didn’t appreciate that she failed to put my wraps in my bag as well I had to come back and get them she was being smart it was right beside my order but she decided not to put it in there. To top everything off the food was awful so much so I’m taking it back to morning shift because they must have ran out of food and threw anything in because the salsa was just straight plain cut up tomatoes the rice had no lime or cilantro in it straight up plain no flavor in the rice or the bar boa it was just heated up meat no flavor and that’s not how Chipotle does things or is it ???? I’m giving them a 0 out of ten tonight and this is way off from what I am used to experiencing with this location. So management please check that lady the big talk Latino one with the big tall nasty attitude if she don’t like working fast food when it’s busy and can’t handle the rush she needs to wipe floors and tables down or go back to school there’s options but tearing paying customers rudely is not it. We are not going for that in this community we spend money and want great customer service and quality food for our dollars. PERIODT and thanks I speak on behalf of the whole Lake Walker Community at this point because I have heard people talk about this same experience but we have to report these employees who make the brand look bad because I’m sure the CEO doesn’t go for this. Or the managers at the restaurant all together.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but they are stealing .I urge customers to pay attention to your credit card statement or bank statement. I went to grab dinner and used one of my rewards. That I had for a free entrée my total came to $3.71 because I purchased a drink with my food I thought that something suspicious was going on when a guy didn’t give me my receipt and I saw Him I’m guessing who’s the manager balling Are people’s receipt instead of giving it to them so I told him I would like my receipt it was busy so I took my receipt and put it in my purse till later on 30 minutes later getting an alert for my bank of my charges and they stole money off my credit card by overcharging me $16 and some change and on my other purchase, they overcharge me By four dollars and some change people check your receipts ask for your receipts back Don’t just let them not give you one. I’ve added a photo of my one of my receipts that he did give back to me and had an attitude about it. It’s been over a week and chipotle has still yet to refund me my money. This store is stealing customer beware!!!!

I ordered food to take away and although in the app it said that my order was already there, it wasn’t like that. When I got home I was surprised that my order didn’t have what I had ordered; it lacked the beans and the two types of rice, not to mention that there was little meat and it was at the end of the burrito. Ordered online for me to pick up. Arrived one minute after my pick up time. Was told my order was being made. Waited 10 minutes. A 2nd worker notice I was still waiting and asked my name. My order had been sitting there with all the other orders the whole time! When I got home and opened the bag. All the oders had been crushed. The bag holding everything was fine, These got squished before being put in the bag. So now I’m sitting here eating smashed up, cold Chipotle.
