This was my first time eating at this location. I ordered the eight-piece nugget with red beans and rice. The Nuggets were very tasty and I love them, however, the red beans and rice was missing the red beans and they had only poured a little bit of the Red Bean Juice into you the cup. I also ordered the pink lemonade which is always delicious. The cashier was very pleasant. I would eat from this location again.

I showed up 5pm for dinner. Asked for the original sandwich, no pickles With French fries, I was told the Chicken Sandwich would take 25 minutes to cook. And they have no French fries. This is not the first time I’ve stopped for dinner and the Staff are not prepared with anything cooked popeyes needs to remove their name from this establishment.

My lady and I stop in for a quick bite from our Boston vacation driving back home to New York. We purchased 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals, Mac and cheese and 2 lemonades/1 strawberry.
Much props and love to Grahsha, who took our order. Polite, curtious ad informative.
Our 2 chicken sandwiches didn’t receive the extra mayonnaise and pickles we ordered.
When I brought them up to the counter, I was just expecting to be handed some pickles and mayonnaise. She went and checked herself, why they didn’t have no pickles and why we didn’t receive any.
As I’m waiting, she made us 2 new spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayonnaise n extra pickles as we exactly ordered.
Gave my lady insite to purchase the strawberry lemonade, the Mac n cheese and fresh fresh fries that my girl ordered.
The best Popeyes I’ve been to in food and definitely customer service. GRAHSHA, much appreciated and we will definitely be stopping by on our future road trips.

Raw chicken, forced to buy a large drink because they didn’t have medium or small cups then I received already appeared eaten Mac and cheese. Plus the longest wait to receive such food. I’m mortified of the service and when I attempted to speak to the manager he attempted to push the blame on other management. I’m greatly concerned someone will get food poison at this location if things are not fixed correctly. Furthermore, this franchise has always lacked quality food. And yes the health department was notified of this matter.

Easily the worst Popeyes around, always a ridiculous wait no matter how many people are in the drive thru, never get greeted at the order window it’s always “I’ll be with you in a minute”, every worker is rude and the food is almost always stale. I came a couple weeks ago, the lights were on, multiple workers there and I was told they were closed at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. The pic is of a chicken sandwich combo I got today and this is the amount of fries I received. This place absolutely sucks and should definitely be closed down as they’re bringing down the name of the chain

I was out shopping with my girl and rather hungry and we passed the Popeye’s on the Boston Post Road in Orange CT. It had been many years since we had eaten at a Popeye’s so we thought what the heck lets try it.
The experience was a disaster. It took about 10 minutes to get our order right. We were originally going to order individual tenders meals until we realized it would be cheaper and easier to go with the $20 holiday meal. Apparently changing my the order was what started the problem. First the $20 special was ringing up $21 and adding my iced to the order was bringing the order to $28. It seems the original order was not deleted even though we saw the manager help our server delete the order. After another attempt we magically had french fries added to the order, twice…We never said the word french fries. After more register wrestling I paid and waited for our tenders to be made. Then my girl happened to glance at our receipt. I was charged for a side of mashed potatoes and the receipt stated 4 biscuits. The $20 special came with 5 biscuits and two sides. The mashed potatoes should have been included. The staff pleasantly refunded the difference. As we waited for our food we witnessed the guy in back place regular tenders where the spicy tenders belonged. The manager caught the mistake right away. Finally we get our food. We sit down to eat and we noticed no butter for the biscuits. I get up and ask the staff for butter and the manager confesses they are out of butter. That said she went in back and poured some liquid butter they use into a cup. Excellent thinking on her part. Now it was time to finally eat. The food looked great appearances were misleading. The small tenders were very good. Unfortunately though the bigger ones were not right. I’m not sure if they were under cooked or what but the texture was that of a pencil eraser. We ate the mashed potatoes, rice and biscuits and threw the remainder of the chicken in the trash. As we were leaving we noticed a family in a similar ordering hell as we experienced. The 3 ladies that helped us were nice and friendly but there was seriously something wrong there that night. I do believe the cash register issues as they were getting frustrated but the quality of the chicken and lack of butter are inexcusable. We wont be going back. We should have drove a few miles further to Boston Market.
