Noodle Boat, Issaquah, WA

From the outside there is little to distinguish Noodle Boat from any other strip shopping center Thai restaurant in the greater Seattle area.

The Noodle Boathouse in Issaquah is an absolute gem, easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the entire Seattle area.

Our dining experience started with our server, Heyoung. She was absolutely amazing, attentive to our needs, and willing to help us pick just the right dish.

We started with the prawn fresh rolls, which were excellent. The peanut dipping sauce was thick, bold, and packed with flavor, elevating the dish far beyond the usual.

The Panang Curry with pineapple (added me), was simply outstanding with rich, complex, and beautifully balanced Flavors.

The Barry rice was a pleasant surprise, adding a subtle nuttiness and texture that complemented the Panang Curry perfectly.

The Pad Thai with chicken was another outstanding dish that was just comfortingand full of flavor.

The prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and high-quality ingredients.

The ambiance was clean, casual, and inviting, ideal for everything from a quick bite to a leisurely dinner and it’s just a 25-minute drive from downtown Seattle via I-90.

If you’re craving bold flavors, great service, and a menu that delivers across the board, the Noodle Boathouse is a must-try.

Stopped in for an early dinner, and ordered the basil Pad Basil. It was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, fresh basil popping in every bite, and just the right kick of spice. The portions were generous too. Service was fantastic, super friendly sever, and attentive. Already craving my next visit! Highly recommend!

Service was good, fast, friendly. Most of the dishes were too sweet for me. I only liked their boat house noodles

Pad Thai is way too sweet. Mango sticky rice doesn’t use the fresh mango! Given the high price, this is too bad. And there’s much space to improve the dinnerware. Chipped plate as shown in the pic.

Stopped here for a quick bite, it’s a nice little quiet spot for Thai food. We went in the afternoon, were the only ones there, the waitress was nice but didn’t speak much English. There are so many options from vegetarian to vegan to meat, my vegan friend was happy with the selections. The food is good but nothing to write home about oh but they have this drink called Butterfly Pea Lemonade it was so refreshing and fragrant but you have to stir it well and it would’ve been better if the entire cup wasn’t overfilled with ice. So far it’s not a bad place. I will be coming back.

Our first visit here was lovely! Service was fast and friendly. We ordered the wings tod appetizer. The wings were perfectly crunchy and came with a sweet and spicy sauce. I ordered the green curry with soft tofu and a 3 star spicy level and it was delicious! My husband ordered the pad see ew with chicken and he really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

I ordered noodle boat just like the restaurant’s name. Love it!! It’s kinda hard to find Thai noodle boat in Thai restaurants so I’m happy they have it here. Love the cozy feeling atmosphere inside the restaurant too.

I recommend Thai tea
Because it was like Real Thai Tea in Thailand

“The staff seemed a bit confused. They forgot to include utensils (forks/spoons or chopsticks) with my order. I also specifically mentioned that I didn’t want meatballs, but I still received them. This has happened twice now with the same staff member, and both times there were mistakes. I don’t understand why.”

Just recommend please make sure your order is will be correct ✅
