I had the Catfish Boy, the flavor really good, the fish was cooked perfectly. The service was polite and professional. The restaurant was clean and well kept. An all around good experience not sure why the ratings are so low. Give them a try!

I go to Kim’s wings all the time and was thinking about going today and remembered the last time I went about a month ago I had purchased two beef polish boys when I got home I had already eaten one and my daughter was going to eat the other one and the bag was full of gnats and I had to throw out everything in the outside trash can, what a turn off. This was my first bad experience. Usually I enjoy the food.

Oh. My. Goodness. Their original BBQ sauce is fantastic! The wings and ribs were cooked to perfection. Can’t recommend this place enough. Only issue I had was the person that took my order over the phone had their music up too loud to hear me so they didn’t include the fries I mentioned ohhhhhhhhh 4 times? Kind of annoyed but I wouldn’t have been able to finish all the food anyway

These people can not get it together. They don’t answer the phone half the time. Orders are Always wrong. You pay for sauce and there isn’t any on your fries or wings. The employees have major attitude. Terrible leadership at both locations.

I had high hopes for Kim’s Wings, but my visit was nothing short of a disaster. After driving an hour to get there, I was met with cold fries, stale wings, and a missing item from my order. I had ordered a Polish Boy, but when I checked my bag before leaving, it wasn’t there. When I brought it to the attention of the man at the register, he insisted that the item was already in my bagwhen it clearly wasn’t. Instead of apologizing or checking the order, he became aggressive and forcefully handed me the food as if I was the one in the wrong.The customer service was just as bad as the food. The wings tasted old, like they had been sitting out for too long, and the fries were cold and unappetizing. After an hour-long drive, I expected fresh, hot food and decent service, but I got neither. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food or respectful service. Worst experience ever.

My fish was so overcooked it was black on the inside. The wings were dry and had no flavor. We had to drench everything in sauce to eat it. The sauce doesn’t even taste like it used to. Very disappointed.
