Truth be told, I’ve been a long-time Cava customer since 2010 back in Woodland Hills, California. I recently moved to Boston and I’m really glad I found this branch right next to my home. On my first visit a couple of weeks ago, I had a small issue with my order and shared my feedback with Patrick. He listened, took it seriously, and assured me it would be fixed.
Since then, I’ve come back four times, and every visit has been perfect: great portions, friendly staff, and an overall excellent experience. It really shows how much good management can improve the customer experience when they care and take feedback to heart.
I love this location and highly recommend it.

Stopped into CAVA and had a great experience all around. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something that feels both healthy and satisfying. I had the harissa hot chicken and it absolutely delivered. Perfect heat, great seasoning, and cooked just right.
What really stood out was the manager on duty. They were fantastic. Welcoming, attentive, and clearly running a tight ship. You can tell when a place is well managed and it shows in both the service and the food quality.

Cava is one of my all time favorite lunch spots. Finally got a chance to check out the Lynnfield MA location. I was greeted by TJ with a big smile, good vibes and descriptions of items I hadn’t tried yet. This location is very clean, modern and staff is great.

The manager is a nightmare. The staff seems on edge and the man actually yelled at the customer in front of me because her leaned on the glass. I have heard several stories about this locations management. They need to look into this as well as health violations. Great food but not worth it, Never again.
