I always love eating at Union Hall and I was looking forward to the new sushi place. I was not disappointed! I told them about my allergy to shell fish and they gave me a smile and suggested different things to me. I had the Yellowtail Heaven roll and it was literally heaven! The tuna was just the right amount of spicy and all the ingredients were fresh and wonderful! I highly recommend this!

I didn’t eat here but I saw a woman picking up some food. I guess they forgot to give her a part of her order but the guy working ran outside and across the street to give it to her. I loved seeing that because he could have ignored it but he chose to be a good person and make sure she had everything she paid for.

I need the ears that need to hear to listen up! We’ve prayed for this, we’ve waited for this. Incredibly fresh and amazingly good sushi in Waco! They do have a smaller menu, which helps with keeping everything fresh and available. Don’t sleep on the Eel Roll!
