The customer service after 4 PM is horrific. They have young people who are not trained properly. They charge wrong amounts, they date. They give a negative attitude when you try to fix their mistakes. If you don’t specify little to no ice at the beginning of the order, they will tell you about it. They do not have as advertised. Many times on the menu board, horrible experience. Horrible customer service last week. I went at 6:13 PM I waited at the window for 13 minutes and left because the gentleman for the guest in front of me was also having a negative experience at the window. I believe that they think because they are the only Dunkin’ in that area. They are not concerned about customer service product quality and meeting or exceeding expectation

AMAZING. This dunkin was by FAR the best i’ve ever been to. they gave me 6 mango refreshers and 7 free donuts!! I was in there for about 41 minutes! 6/7 experience!

i always go to this dunkin and don’t usually have problems and i don’t like to complain either but i placed a mobile order and got a chai latte and hot coffee this is how i got my chai latte i didn’t drink it yet and i had to go to work so i didn’t have time to wait for another one i was watching and pretty sure she dropped my drink and then just gave it to me like this. luckily i used my points so i didn’t pay for not a full drink

If you Oder any drink with ice make sure you say light ice because if not you will get your drink with a lot of ice and barely any liquid like two sips and your drink is done. That’s how they make all their money with the drinks it’s all ice

I feel like this location has really gone downhill. Some of the younger kids on the staff are very rude while other adult staff are very sweet. Drinks are not made to completion and I haven’t had any good experiences lately…

Whoever the petite, middle aged woman with the short white hair and glasses is could use a course in human decency. I know working fast food/coffee shops is tough, and people aren’t the kindest, but don’t be rude to people who aren’t rude to you. She referred to me to my face as the “girl on her phone” whilst shaking my drink at me. I was waiting for a few minutes in the pick up area waiting for my coffee, and she was yelling this from the cash register. The girl that took my order was extremely kind but this lady was miserable.
Am I not allowed to text while waiting for my order, especially if in the designated pick up spot? And not only that but you have my name – try using that. I didn’t leave a review based on this one experience because everyone has days, but my friend just texted me today and also had a rude experience with her. Takes one bad employee to leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

These people can’t take an order if their lives depended on it. I told them hot chocolate 4 times for them to give me a large coffee instead and on top of that i asked for another order of hash browns 3 times which they also failed to provide. The service is horrible and even when i asked for a $6 meal deal that they have they charged $10.

Becky the one staff member is simply amazing. My daughter just loves her. She’s so friendly, upbeat and spreads cheer. If I’m having a bad day, her personality alone makes it better. Best employee ever!
