I had a really good experience at IHOP. The service was fast and the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. My food came out hot and fresh — the pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a quick breakfast or a casual meal. Prices were affordable, and I felt like I got good value for what I ordered. Overall, I left satisfied and would definitely come back again.

Went to the Lincoln Rhode Island location and we had Suzette as our waitress. Not only was she kind, respectful and showed great professionalism but she made our experience wanting to go back. She was quick, paid attention to detail and just an all around great worker. The food was amazing, the cooks did all amazing job, everything was done with perfection.

From the start with Thomas the host to Mike my server, this was one of the best chain dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was so polite and quick but not too quick as to not take good care of me during my meal. The meal was amazing just 3 simple pancakes but they were perfect. I also wanted to say the restaurant was very clean too!

The taste of nostalgia, I haven’t been to IHOP since I was a kid, always loved their hash browns and still do! We got the spicy poblano omelet with pancakes and the rooty tooty combo strawberry crepes with scrambled eggs and sausage. Everything tasted great. The service was very welcoming.

We stopped by for “Breakfast for Dinner” on a weekday around 6pm. It was a GREAT experience!!! Our Server, named Jamin, was also acting as the maître-d and he was the nicest young man your ever going to meet. The place was busy, but quiet and clean and quick. The food was good and the prices are right. We recommend!

We come here regularly for our “date nights” we are always the happiest when we have Suzette as our waitress! When we come in it’s usually not too busy, we typically don’t like to sit directly back to back with a table, when they seat us and usually skip a space it’s always nice. Suzette is always right there, so kind helpful and making sure we have a good experience. we’ll be back soon!

It’s as good as it looks. Country fried steak and gravy on a bed of hash browns, so flavorful. Pancakes are always good, hard to mess up. The French toast was the best french toast I’ve had in a while. Eating here again for sure!
