A regular customer, who appeared visibly intoxicated and disorderly, placed his order. The server handled the interaction with complete professionalism and remained calm. When she brought out his food, he suddenly became aggressive and began cursing at her in Spanish. As someone who understands Spanish, I was able to clearly hear the disrespectful language he was using.
The server politely declined to continue serving him, which I felt was entirely reasonable given his behavior. What was most upsetting, however, was that the manager, Maria, did not step in to support her employee. Instead of standing up for her staff member in the face of blatant verbal abuse, she appeared to side against the server.
No employee should have to tolerate that kind of treatment from a customer — especially without the backing of management. It was disheartening to witness and, unfortunately, it reflects poorly on leadership. Situations like this make it easier to understand why there may be high turnover.
From what I saw, the server ultimately walked out, and honestly, I don’t blame her. No one — and certainly no young woman — should have to endure that level of disrespect from either a customer or their employer.
I hope management takes this as an opportunity to reflect and do better. Supporting your staff should always come first.
Per her response she is still very clearly in denial about what went down earlier today and to clarify this is not the employee. Defending a grown belligerent male who was intoxicated all because he is a “regular” is disappointing I don’t blame her for leaving and not saying anything if she didn’t feel supported by her management- NIURKA SANTOS

Previously I’ve had pizza and sandwiches here which have been very good but this time I had an entree of stuffed shells, delicious.
The salad was good, lots of cheese.
Garlic bread is always good on their homemade rolls.
Great meatballs.
