We did dine in here and the food was well.. fast food quality but there was like 30 flies in the restaurant and when they gave us our cups they forgot the straws, I had to go to the front and ask for them

I’ve gone to this Burger King quite a bit, and they have very big good service. The Manager Candyce has been there for a long time and the workers there are very helpful. One time we went and there was a problem with our order and the manager on staff named Sarah fixed it up and refunded it for a long wait time. They do right by their employees and customers! I order from their drive through during the day and the employees are very friendly and my client has a very specific order. They make sure it is right every time:)

I’m honestly appalled by my experience at this Burger King. The management here is an absolute joke. It’s clear they have zero regard for how things should be run.
The manager was literally sitting at a table, hanging out with certain employees like they were all friends, while the rest of the staff was left to deal with the chaos of the kitchen and customers on their own. It was beyond unprofessional. Instead of overseeing operations or helping when things got hectic, the manager was just sitting there, talking and laughing with the “favorites.” Meanwhile, the other workers were running around stressed out, trying to keep everything together.
It wasn’t just a bad look—it was downright disrespectful. You could hear the manager yell at employees over the smallest mistakes while letting others get away with things that should’ve been addressed. It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, it felt like the employees who weren’t “in” with the manager were being treated like they didn’t matter.
This place needs a serious change in leadership. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If this is how they run their business, it’s no wonder things are falling apart.

Wow ! Very bad service today. Two people who were behind us, got there orders first. I kindly relayed and still another person in front that ordered after us. Burger was NOT what we ordered we ordered 2 # 1s. She we were charged for 2 texas. Fine I said. Opened it and it was NOT. We got 1 texas and one regular and there DRY and COLD.

Food is always fresh and hot, customer service is always S tier whenever I come here. They are really a step up from McDonald’s. I’d rather spend a little extra at Burger King to get food that doesn’t upset my stomach than to spend a few dollars at McDonald’s to get something that makes me clutch my stomach.

On Christmas eve I was door dashing. Burger King was excepting orders even though they were closed. After driving though the drive through with no help, I parked to regroup. Through the window, I see one of their employees making the hand gesture like he was pretending to be mentally ill. It came off as he was gesturing that the customers were stupid. His name is Marcus. I know his name because I asked another employee, that was outside, what his name was. Marcus saw me get out of my car, and like a coward, he pretended not to see me all of a sudden.

ZERO STARS for TOTAL LACK OF DECENCY, HUMANITY and RESPECT!
This happened @ 6am while the drive thru is open & the dinning room doesn’t open until 8am. I drive a semi trk, so obviously it won’t fit in the drive thru. So I walked up to the drive thru window. I respectfully asked for some breakfast & was declined. He wouldn’t serve me in the drive thru “because he could loose his license”.

We either have stuff missing or old food, waiting for 30 minutes at a time for an order already made online. I have worked in fast food, I get it…but at least pretend to enjoy your job and put in the extra effort. You guys are serving the community of Redmond
