I wish I’d kept the receipt! I want the “young man”, to receive the credit he deserves. I went here for a meal today, around 2pm. The boy at the window barked my total, and didn’t speak again. He slung my meal on the counter, as he worked the cash register, scouring the whole time! He never, greeted me, or thanked me for coming. He just looked at me like I was someone who had just insulted his mother! I don’t know what he was thinking, but I am a seasoned, combat veteran, who is ALWAYS armed. I’m sure whatever heat he thought he could bring on this old man, I am more than capable of responding with overwhelming force! The meal was obviously reheated. My pitbull seemed to enjoy it. This whole ordeal reminded why I hadn’t visited KFC in years, and will never return!

My most recent visit with KFC was sadly unsatisfying and dissapointing, as I’ve not had a terrible one until now. The 2 small fries ordered with our meals didn’t even have a total of 10 french fries per box, this is unacceptable. One of the soft drinks were almost completely flat, and the biscuits didn’t seem very fresh either, as they were slightly hard and cold. I would give 1 star, but ill give a grace star in hopes that they will improve their service.

Came here on 1/22/23. Got the pot pie combo. With side of slaw. First time trying pot pie. It has a flaky top crust. Couple pieces of chicken and loads of peas and carrots. Wasn’t bad for the price. $7.99. Went thru drive thru. Could have been more friendly. Over all score is a 4 star.

Couldn’t wash my hands, bathroom was nasty, needs work and cleaning. Dirt coming out of vents… Doesn’t want to give honey or butter for biscuits. Most sides are not filled to the line, ours was half full. 20% of the tables was dirty, couldn’t sit where we wanted. Pop machine was out of ice, nobody wanted to fill it. Maybe we should report to the health department, KFC corporate, or maybe it’s a reflection of how they pay their employees? Who knows, but issues need fixed!

Food was as good as it is at any KFC. There was one employee just standing at the register chit chatting about remodeling his house for like 15-20. I thought he was taking orders when I came in, so I got in line. A moment later, I realized he was just talking, and a different employee came to take orders. That is irritating. The cashier also didn’t ask if we were dining in or taking out. He automatically did take out, we were dining in.

I ordered an 8 piece tender fill up. I thought it was 10.00, I saw on TV. The girl said it’s only on Tuesday, so I ended up paying almost 17.00 and when I got home. My tenders were dried out and terrible. I called the store. Spoke to Brody, was told I need to bring my receipt (which was a nightmare to get) and the product back to the store. Very disappointed.
