The food was hot and service quick. The the order wasn’t right. A number 8 flamethrower is a double patty but only got a single. Next time, I’ll just not go to the Byron location and go to the 96 location instead.

The burgers and ice cream was good but for some reason the fries were not well done and when I made a complaint I was told the timer is set for the fries and thats how they come out. So they did cook them a little longer for us and they were much better but still disappointing!

they need to fully rinse their containers for soft serve. had blizzards and had 3 separete opinions it tasted like pure chemicals and alcohol. that was after having am awkward 5 min wait of silence at the drive thru…not sure what they were doing it was 6:30p.m.

Is there anything negative to say about the best ice cream ever? Well, I’m sure there is because you just can’t please everyone, but the owner, Kash, has a nice, clean business with the most amazing front-line crew ever! They spoil me rotten, oh, and my dogs! Yep, take your fur baby to the Byron location and get them a pup cup. My dogs know the words ice cream and what it means . It’s in an easy off easy on location to the I-75 Byron exit. He always has a special deal that is affordable for you to take the entire family. If you enjoy eating outside, he has a place for that, too. So, no excuses! Go get you some DQ ice cream! You know you wanna!

Love the oreo blizzard! OK. Love all the blizzards!!! The chicken strips are awesome!! Double cheeseburger and fries are good too! New favorite blizzard! Reese’s with caramel!! New to the menu! Definitely a keeper!

The service was fine other than everyone of the workers looking like they want to choke me out. Honestly wouldn’t have bothered me if it didn’t happen literally every time I visit. Food is middle of the road at best and the ice-cream is okay.
