This is pretty much your typical Jimmy John’s. There was plenty of indoor seating and outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly, efficient, and prompt. My sandwich was fresh and tasty. Pricing was fair as anticipated.

I paid for extra toppings that were not on my sandwich, I said no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on my sandwich. I didnt find out until I got home, if I am paying extra for something it better be there. Person taking my order didn’t get everything on the ticket I asked for and person making my sub made it wrong.

I have never been asked, “Do you have an allergy to Gluten?” To get gluten and then charge an extra 1.75 for it is wild for prices already significantly higher than any other location. This was on top of the frat boy vibes of all the individuals behind the counter who were more interested in talking about their girlfriends than they were about working….. It certainly wasn’t freaky fast, but freaky basic and uninspired.

If I were you go ahead and order your sandwich’s from another Jimmy John’s and pick it up before you come to this one. From the food to not being “freaky fast” any more it’s just a mess. Every time our company orders from online it takes 35+ minutes and we are a 5 minute drive away. Every time my order and coworkers orders are completely messed up. From adding things we don’t ask for to completely messing up the whole order we are sick of this Jimmy John’s! Go give your money to the other ones!!

Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.
Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.

I’m always happy with Jimmy John’s! Excellent selection of sandwiches… my only issue is I tried to use a gift card and regular banking card using the app, but I couldn’t split it so I had to go to the store. The 2 gentleman working there were very friendly and helpful and took great care getting my order together quickly and accurately! Thanks Jimmy John’s!

Delicious food. I got the #1.. ham and cheese sub. Very good. Nice choices for free add on. Grandson got#11 an Italian meats sub. Looked so good I plan to get that one next time. Friendly staff. Not busy when we first arrived but got busy soon afterwards. The staff moved the line along quickly and still friendly

I personally thought the service was horrible. I went into the shop and the manager a black individual who acknowledged his name as Amir on this 6th day of September at 1 pm 2024 was extremely rude and his associate was worse. I had a problem with my order and the associate not sure of his name was laughing and snickering and making rude remarks while Amir encouraged the escalation of the situation. I left the shop angry and upset while Amir and his associate partner continued to laugh ignoring the supposed freaky fast customer service first brand completely in the garbage can. The associate who seemed like something out of Deliverance was even worse. Owner you should get some surveillance and watch how your store is being run in your absence. James Bodie
