I usually order my breakfast and lunch in the am. I love BK for that since my jobsites are usually to far away. Today was little different…something or someone in the air…
My experience was like having a sense of smell for the first time, refreshing. Like watching Picasso work on his craft in the streets of Spain, Impressive.
In short, I was greeted by a new guy at the window who was super courteous and funny. Tho a 20 second interaction, Basically made my morning. He said it was gonna be a good day and I believe that!

Ordered two plain double cheeseburgers, one with bacon added to it both with mayonnaise The one with bacon did not have bacon and only had one patty we sent it back. They came out with a little piece of bacon on it still a single burger and were rude about it.

This makes the second time I have received cold, rubber chicken fries..in the last month, to the point I threw them out. Onion rings were fresh and hot why not the other food? Very disappointing and I do not plan on going back.. you should always strive to keep the customer coming back.. I gave another chance after complete disappointment from the previous experience, and was left disappointed again…obviously time control was not being used on chicken which is very important .

Just the worse! The whopper meals that I ordered looked and tasted like they had been sitting for an hour or longer. It was completely Cold. I also tried to use the 2 whoppers deal code but they said that the internet was down. but somehow they could my credit card for payment. So asked can I still get the rewards deal? No you can because of the internet. I also ordered a big fish sandwich also looked as if it was sitting around and cold. I will post pictures of both sandwiches. The cost was 25.00 for 3 people. I’m sad to say I will not be eating at that Ellijay Burger King!!!

Service is always great and they don’t usually mess up my order. If they do make a mistake, they’re fairly quick to fix it. I don’t think I could ask for more from a Burger King. I also love the 25% off promotion they have going with those that have the Walmart app. Probably the only fast food restaurant where I can feed my family for less than $25.

Just ordered a whopper and did not ask for the side of metal that was included in it.
On top of that, the first bag they handed me was someone else’s food. I looked through the bag and touched fries (which I had not ordered) before realizing it wasn’t my order. They set it on the counter when I handed it back as if they were going to serve it still.
Unsafe. What if I were a small kid who didn’t know to stop cheating when they hit something hard?

The assistant manager was absolutely wonderful! She was running from drive through to dine in and still managed to get my order correct and given to me in a decent time. I didn’t even have to ask for zesty sauce or napkins! It’s like she read my mind! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Burger King tends to be meh to bad on average. Whatever these guys are doing should be a model for the company. Food is always fresh and fast and orders accurate (and I always get a special order). Few places do as well on speed and accuracy and even fewer Burger Kings.
