Awesome dining in experience today. We went in specifically for the $5.00 value offers that have been advertised recently. This is a great value to get 3 pieces chicken or 3 tenders for only $5.00. The gentleman that took our order, I believe his name was Stu but not certain, he was great! Super friendly and even checked on us later to make sure we didn’t need anything. The crew looked like they work great together; everyone was busy and very friendly. Plus the chicken, biscuits and sides were piping hot and fresh. We will definitely be back. These guys deserve a raise!

food is delicious as always, but good grief. Drive Thru staff needs to work on their customer service skills and I say this as somebody who has two jobs in the customer service and food industry, the employees are absolutely rude and mannerless on common occurrences. I’m not saying to be the best of the best, but it goes a long way to be nicer and attentive so I don’t have to hold up the drive thru for sauces I asked for when initially ordering.

prefacing this by saying the employees were incredibly kind and were definitely being bombarded by a a lunch rush!
placed an online order, then went through drive thru to pick up my order 15 minutes after order was placed. was then told to pull into a parking space, which i had no issue with. waited approximately 20 minutes after being told to park and noticed other customers who arrived after me receive their order. went inside and my order was sitting in the warmer. very nice lady at front counter handed me my order.
after arriving home and opening my order, none of the sauces i paid extra for were in the bag, my gravy i paid extra for was also not in the bag, and i was missing half of my wings? not only that, but it was evident that my food had been sitting out for a while. the fries were lukewarm and soggy but the chicken was amazing!
i think this was just a bagging/rush mishap which is totally understandable, just wish i didn’t lose $10 to the void. again, everyone i spoke to was absolutely lovely and i truly think this was because of how busy it was!

Yesterday I placed an order for over $50. They told me to wait 5 minutes because the biscuits weren’t ready yet. It was an 8-biscuits,. I waited 10 minutes and they gave me my order. I drove 30 minutes home, which is in another city, and when we got the food out, the biscuits weren’t there. I called and they told me to come pick them up. I told them I live 30 minutes away and wouldn’t be able to go until tomorrow. Today I went to pick up the biscuits . The manager was there, I explained everything, and she gave me the biscuits , but she seemed annoyed. I wasn’t asking for anything for free; they were my biscuits from my order. I went to that Popeyes because the one where I live never has anything. Please check your order before you leave.

This has quite possibly been the worst experience Ive had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered through the drive through, pulled around the side to wait. After 15 minutes, I got in my wheelchair while it was pouring rain to knock on the door since it was 830 PM and the inside was closed. I then banged on the door and still no one would come tot he door. I got back in my truck to call and no one would answer the phone. I proceeded to drive back through the drive through and hollered at the guy inside to bring my food and he didn’t bring my drink, jalapeno pepper, or dipping sauces that I ordered, but I was done at that point. I’ve since tried calling this location multiple times and they DO NOT answer the phone. I then emailed the general manager and its been 2 days and still no response back.

Just left y’all and when I opened my order I had a SPOON of Cole slaw, and rice with I don’t know what. I ordered mashed potatoes. Look at the coleslaw does this look like I can share this??? Sorry, y’all need to regroup and get the orders right.

I have been to this store two times and have observed staff being friendly to African-American customers, but ignoring me completely. (I am Caucasion). On my second visit I was actually skipped over to allow an African American man to order (although I was first in line.) Only when I spoke up was I allowed to place my order

A female manager and a female employee of this location treated me atrociously. The employee threatened to call the police and took a picture of the front of my vehicle. All because I dared suggest an improvement in customer service that they took offense about.
Specifically, I felt the the tone of whomever was taking my order was curt and snippy. I told them that it’s always good to keep the idea that we never know what anyone is going through in mind when interacting with others and err on the side of kindness and patience.l. to contextually, I shared with both women that I had recently lost my daughter.
I expect that I will not return to this location and it has impacted my d3cision to steer clear of Popeye’s as recently as this morning.
It doesn’t cost a penny to be kind and patient.
