First time coming here. Just wanted some Bolillos for dinner but ended up buying some tamales. I’m picky with tamales because people always put too much masa and not enough meat and everything is dry. So tamales are something I never order. I remember people talking about their tamales and I thought “what the hell, I’m going to buy one of each” so I did. When I got home, I opened them all up and me, my husband and son did a taste test on them all and OMG these were the best tamales me and my husband have ever had. My son never had a tamale before but he liked them too. I will never buy tamales from anywhere else again. All the girls working in there were nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

The bread looks good, but unfortunately we believe is all the same dough rolled up in different ways. The bread is not bad tasting, but is doughy. We liked the smaller cuernito, that was tasty, like small town homemade bread.

This place was very good years passed, but has changed for the bad.Service is still good, but the food has gone down hill in my opinion, the carnitas and the beans are very salty, tamales no meat.Who ever has taken over the food maybe need to reasses. You can have the same ingredients and instructions to make the food past on to you,but the flavor of food some how gets tinkered with.Dec 22 2025, I bought carnitas and beans, for the 2nd time in a month, and we couldn’t eat the 2 pounds we bought, too salty, and not as tender as b4. I also bought 3 dozen tamales, charged me full price, they told me they were from day b4 and were cold, and that was fine because they were filling Christmas orders, and I didn’t put in order.I just wanted to have some for the week, but to charge me the same was ridiculous, and just a pinch of meat.Well this will be the last time ill buy here, been customer for over 20 yrs, But just to show you that it is just about the buck now, just like most food businesses around. This place has forgotten that this community has made them, people have bought here also because of convenience lately, because there is plenty of other places.

This place has been around for years and years. You know why? Because they have the BEST pan dulce and CARNITAS in town. The pan dulce is made with something very special I don’t know what it is but the bread is so rich and delicious. Now the carnitas, ay Dios mio. Crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. That salsa is on another level of goodness. This little bakery provides so many flavors under one roof. Oh and the girls working there are extremely polite and friendly! I live in Las Vegas now but whenever I come to visit family I make sure to stop by and get all the good stuff

Been coming to this place for years. I moved away, and this is my very first spot I hit when I come into town. I think they have the best carnitas I’ve ever had! The salsa is incredible as well. I love dipping the carnitas into the salsa.

Stop by, the carnitas were highly recommended and let me tell you fire. The carnitas are so flavorful. I also bought two dozen bolillos. I tried the cheese tamales they were on point. I also got some chicharrones I double recommend the chicharrones. So I made tortas with the carnitas oh boy a must try if you are in the area.

Been around for around 30 years , used to be the best up until about 4 or 5 years. The quality has gone down as far as the pork green tamales got a couple today says new recipe no bueno , also the green pork have VERY LITTLE STUFFING. Like thin the bread also is lacking in freshness , I Never review except this I keep regretting ordering from there and if your an OG find a new spot it’s not the same
