This location is typically great. We’ve had it probably six times over the past year. Typical CFA experience. That said, starting in 2026, their drive thru is incredibly slow. Typing this out while sitting in the Mobile Thru lane…I’ve been here for ten minutes and MAYBE two cars total have gone, but NO mobile thru orders. The Mobile Thru line literally is out into the street.

Pretty clean location. Had some hiccups with a staff member not giving great service when picking up inside if they assume you’re DoorDash a couple previous visits(have not seen that employee since) but visited them on 10/11 and they were great for lunch! They’re great with speed to knock out the lines and most employees are always friendly. Would go back to this location. Sometimes they forget to give utensils but did not disappoint this past visit in that department.

Just visited them again 11/8. My car died when I went to go get their breakfast, they made my order and did not throw it away. Then quickly made sure to make a second order I placed for my kiddo since her breakfast order at another location due to the car issue and time. I accidentally put in an unsweet tea for that order, the person making it double checked with me and made it sweet no problem. They were empathetic and super friendly and quick. Thank you guys!!!!

Early in the morning I ordered breakfast and realized my order was incorrect. I called the store and Mike the shift supervisor took my call. He was so calm and professional with my concern, which made me feel so relieved and important. We need people like him to make experiences like this matter.

my friends and i went through the drive through and when we received our food we were missing straws, napkins, our sauce, a spoon and a fork. i had to go inside the building twice to retrieve things that they forgot. also, when we opened our chicken nuggets there was a long brown hair (none of ours) on the food.

Another great experience. Great staff, clean facilities, service was quick and food delicious. And this particular facility has a children’s area complete with small table and chairs, and a supply of coloring books and books to read. Great idea.

I placed a rather large order which was expensive The total of the order came up to $96. On three of the sandwichs, I requested no pickles. Also ordered three of their cherry berry sprites. When I got home with my order the sandwiches all had pickles on them and the sprites tasted horrible. I will admit I was a little irritated having to go back to the store to get the items remade especially when so much was spent on it. One of the managers, a tall gentleman that I didn’t catch his name helped me out with my complaint. He had the sandwiches remade and the drinks remade. He also threw in an order of nuggets and a gift card. I primarily made this post to show my gratitude for him making things right. Not only did he make them right, he also added those two extra things. This was excellent customer service and in my mind this is the way situations like this need to be handled. There are a lot of places that would have not going to these lenghts for customer satisfaction. This was refreshing to see and I wish all places took this approach when it comes to their customer service. I hate that I did not get the manager’s name but I just wanted to give him some recognition for how he handled the situation.

I love Chick-fil-A, but if you are going to hide the ability to refill drinks behind a counter than you need to have enough people to refill drinks. We started coming here because our usual one is being remodeled and this one never has enough people.
