Peaceful vibes with a kind, friendly staff. A small neighborhood cafe, with metered parking in front, and a lot in the back as well. You walk in and the ambiance of the cafe makes you feel right at home. The staff greets you with a warm smile and all the food options are laid out in front of you at the register. If you’re looking for coffee, they have quite a few options. The same applies for the food. Whatever you choose, I think you’ll enjoy. Many of the dishes that came out of the kitchen were pleasing to the eyes and stomach.
My wife and I ordered two dishes and a coffee, as seen in the photos, and we weren’t disappointed for the most part. We just had one small issue with seasoning because it was on the lighter flavor size. A little salt and pepper goes a long way, but if you’re health conscious, then the food is perfectly fine. The prices were really reasonable, given the portion size, and the items served.
Overall, it was a very nice experience and would definitely return.

Second Time to the location and unfortunately didn’t go as well. We ordered our food and waited 25 minutes and still didn’t arrive. I told the staff we needed to be somewhere and to pack it to go. The food then came out on plates and needed to be sent back to package it up. Between repacking and walking to the parking lot with an insulated food bag, the food was cold. Overall disappointing experience this time around. Hopefully, this time was just one instance and next time will be better.

We were looking for a cute place to have brunch and found Cafe 1 of a Kind—and it was perfect! The avocado toast with mozzarella cubes came with a delicious glaze that was so yummy. I added poached eggs on top and they were cooked perfectly. We even got a free strawberry lemonade, which was refreshing and such a nice surprise. The berry smoothie was honestly the best smoothie ever! The grilled cheese sandwich was also amazing—comfort food done right.
On top of the great food and drinks, the decor is adorable, and I loved the cute animal-shaped ice cube. Such a fun touch! Highly recommend this place for a cozy and delicious brunch.

UPDATE: This weekend I went to my all time favorite cafe and I was disappointed. Apparently there is a new owner and I he quality of the food changed significantly. I had the grilled cheese sandwich with a soup. The grilled cheese may have had one slice of cheese. The soup bowl had less then half of soup. My cousin had the avocado toast with mozzarella cheese; there was barely a spread of avocado. We went at 10:30 a.m. and the bathroom was very dirty. In the years I’ve been going I have never seen the bathroom that dirty. I was so disappointed. The staff continues to be very pleasant and the cafe space is clean.

The food has a comfort level that lacks in most places. The chef definitely takes their time with each dish. Each placement of the toppings on my simple avocado toast was evident. It was healthy and delicious at the same time. I will for sure be going back! They are a bit understaffed for the rush they see – but the staff tried so hard to accommodate everyone.

I came here with my wife after church for brunch. For drinks, we ordered the Mango Lemonade and the Rose Lemonade and they tasted so good! We also got a tonkatsu sando and a spicy pork bulgogi wrap with a side of fries. All of it delicious. I recommend this place if you are looking for calm cafe vibes and brunch.

Cafe 1 of a Kind is one of my favorite cafés. You just can’t beat its vibes! It’s perfect for studying, meeting up with friends, or just enjoying their food! My favorite is the grilled cheese with tomato bisque, and I never even liked grilled cheese before trying this cafe’s take on it!

My wife is always asking for a “cute place” to ah e a quick date. This place does NOT let me down. Second time here, and it was great. The ambiance is like from a studio Ghibli film. The worker is always so sweet and gave us free lemonade! The food, is a bit pricier than a normal $5 Bacon Egg and cheese, but it’s for good reason. Second time back, and most certainly not the last time.

I’ve been here a few times and its delicious every time! It’s a great place to go and hang out even without food. I got the gyudon and it was amazing for a cafe especially! Their drinks are phenomenal as well, I’d recommend a fruit tea or smoothie, but their iced chai is delicious as well!

Just visited Cafe 1 of a Kind and absolutely loved it! The cafe has such a modern and cool vibe, and all the choices on the menu looked incredibly fun. I opted for the iced strawberry matcha, and it was not only delicious but also beautifully presented with an adorable iced bear design. Highly recommend checking this place out!
