I came to get some work done and it was not a pleasant experience. It was oddly hot for some reason. The tables were dirty and full of garbage from previous patrons. The music was so loud (could’ve been where I was sitting) that it was distracting. I couldn’t listen to my audiobook. Not a productive space.

This morning Tuesday February 10 at 8:45 am I walked into star bucks I was Ignored for a while I had to wave and get her attention I asked for sausage egg and cheddar on an egg white the heavily tattooed lady who was rude told me she can’t do that because the sandwich is pre made and they warm it up in the microwave , been to alot of Starbucks in wellington, boca boynton and royal palm I ve never had a negative experience with starbucks and in my opinion they’re usually very nice and respectful just like chik fil a , I m blaming the location because the restaurant caters to snowbirds and tourists so since I m a Floridian and I live here or could it be that I was the only black person at the restaurant who knows bur I walked one block over to two jays , within minute I walked in I was greated and seated I was treated very well , but whenever I drive buy in the spring after the snowbirds leave town they’re usually empty now I know why

Placed a mobile order this morning went to go pick it up to the store being closed ? Mind you it was around 6:30 so they should be open but I checked google and they said there open it allowed me to do a mobile order through the app I watch workers start coming in extremely late and ignoring other customers and my self it’s ridiculous and the management is a joke as I’ve been there plenty of times and you can tell it’s ran by kids … compared to other stores in the district this is by far the worst … please do better

We went a Saturday to get Starbucks. Usually the visits aren’t so friendly, we are treated like any regular person. Saturday, I ordered a venti iced white mocha – the whole process was explained by the store manager Marcus. He was amazing ! He made our drinks like we wanted. There was not a wait and all the food came out warm and nice. I feel welcomed and well taken care thanks to Marcus. I would recommend anyone to go Saturdays. It was an awesome experience. 12/10

Walked in there before leaving Lake Worth, always like to grab a beverage and a snack, after checking on my tenants in town, I don’t live in Lake Worth, this time, for the 1st time, the cashier tells me I have to purchase something before getting the code to the bathroom, and I understand it’s policy(but it wasn’t) but it’s an unwelcoming policy change, they have asked if im purchasing something, i said yes, but this feels like ” SHOW ME YOUR MONEY LOL ” I still will buy there, but the employee looks uncomfortable, And if you have something against non buyers, the review is the price you pay for making legitimate customers go through hoops, again, i was ok with the question before, Not this though, I’m still going in the drive thorough after writing this very review, and giving 2 stars( not just 1)due to the employee not having anything to do with it…

Once again, received the wrong drink in the drive-thru. Paying good money just to throw it away. I can’t even count the times this has happened. Ordered caramel brûlée latte and received chai latte. Not even close!

Sign says it’s open, Google says it’s open, but employees showed up two hours or more late and when i parked in drive through just ignored me and would not tell me they weren’t open even though i sat for 5 minutes and they pointed at me and talked to each other. A customer had to tell me the employees all showed up late and missed his mobile order and had just all walked in to work at 6:40

The management of this location by Victor has really turned this coffee shop around. It’s clean, impeccable service, and friendly staff is welcoming just as I’d expect for a local coffee shop. I enjoy coming here to see Victor and his crew and try the new special drinks.
