I would leave 0 stars if I could. Got there 15 minutes after they opened and my food was cold. Cheese didn’t even melt a little. My bowl was 1/2 full. The scoop for the meat was the wrong size, so I know the meat i got was the wrong amount. The lady put cheese on my food and told the other lady to cash me out. When I asked for jalapeños they had attitudes. I always shake my bowl to mix it. This is what I have after mixing it (see picture below.).EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.
I will never go to another QDOBA again.

Full disclosure… I initially left a 5 star review to get 10% off, but it was bothering me that I wasn’t being fully honest about the experience, so I had to come back and make it right. The service I usually receive from this Qdoba is great 95% of the time as it was this time, but there were some issues with the food… when I asked for fajita veggies, I purposely hesitated and even wrinkled up my nose in disdain at the state of them as they were the very bottom and they looked pretty dead. She didn’t catch it apparently and still gave me the dead veggies, making no effort to get some fresh ones. That was the only problem I had, until after I left with my order. The next problem I had and this is an ongoing problem… the tortilla chips are way, way over salted. It’s so bad that I usually have to rub the salt off each individual chip, which is a pain when I would just like to dig in. There is also sometimes a problem with the amount of chips I get, as well, as I usually end up running out before all my 3 Cheese Nachos(my favorite dish there) are gone. Other than those items, I am happy with the portions I usually receive and the usually fast and friendly service. Like I said, I had to be honest about things and they can’t fix the issues if they don’t know about them. With that, I love Qdoba and do highly recommend them.

I go to qdoba regularly at different locations and enjoy it a lot. However I’ve been to this location several times, and I have had a few issues with the food here. The first being portion sizes. I weigh and log everything I eat. The portions at this location have been significantly smaller than the standard. The rice is often overcooked and a horrible texture to eat. The chicken as well is a bit over charred. I love qdoba but I would not choose this location again when there is one not too much further away.

They messed up my order, but gave me a free entree card. When I explained it the Qdoba female middle aged employee, she said “I don’t know you! I don’t know about the order”. She later asked what I wanted (in a tone that I did not deserve). I decided to walk out and never come bac.k I have never been treated so bad especially after the last delivery order was messed up. Chipotle is always polite even if they can’t help me. Qdoba do better.

Very good Mexican fast food, everything is so fresh. Service was friendly. Only complain is the vegetables were kinda big, like not completely chopped, not a big deal. Portions are big, I barely could finish my burrito bowl. Queso is to die for.

First time having Qdoba and I was not disappointed. I doordash from this location so I already knew the establishment was clean and maintained. The three ladies working were very sweet, efficient and helpful. I love that they don’t charge for queso or guacamole. The serving size for my chips and queso was huge as well as the burrito size. I’ll definitely be back!

The people working be having an attitude like they are forced to work there or something and complaining about the job they applied too. Then doenst have anything ready so I was told to wait 5 minutes for shrimp to cook only to wait 15 minutes and the whole time the shrimp was done. No one told me anything people walked in got they food and left didn’t make sense to me having to wait 30 mins to get food from here no white rice available nothing. Then to get charged 38$ for 2 bowls in kinda insane . Idk the lady’s name but the lady working today at this time has the worst customer service and I hope someone does something about it

Having visited Qdoba multiple times, I have developed a fondness for their fresh, healthy, and delicious food. I usually opt for a bowl with chicken and veggies, accompanied by various sauces. I highly recommend this wholesome and tasty option. Additionally, their keso and chips are delightful as well.

Today i went to buy 2 chips and queso chips were so stale, hard, gresay. When i took a bit of my chip they were so stale that it hurted my tooth!! So disappointed that my food was not what i expected. Definitely not buying chips again from this place payed $13 just to throw them away
