I am always greeted when I walk in the door, the food is always flavorful & plentiful, and the staff is accommodating! One gentleman helped me carry the many orders I was picking up out to my car! It was very cold and windy that day and he did it without a second thought. Great people!

This location is the BEST! Food is evenly distributed on the sandwiches. I have yet to have a bad experience here over the three years I’ve been attending. I drive in half an hour to come here even though there’s one close to me. Amazing staff who are engaged and friendly!

Due to a new ordering system they lost my order. I asked about it at 28min in. The manager apologized and I received my order at 39min. The sandwich maker apologized which was appreciated but nothing from the manager. No refund nothing offered. I feel it was an empty apology and they wanted me to leave. I will not be returning.. thank you for responding.

We have visited this Firehouse Subs quite a few times now, and everything has been pretty consistent. If we come through the area (and have the money), we usually drop by here.
I would like to give it 5 stars, but can’t.
The food is consistently good. Firehouse always has good food.
The service is consistently slow. But, I think that is a standard for all Firehouse Subs. I say something about it, because they weren’t busy the last time we were in there, and they were still slow making three Italian subs.
The atmosphere is okay. The annoying thing to us is that we are Christians and they play the rocky CCM music overhead. That is offensive to us in a few ways.
People that put Christianity in your face as you shop in their store just don’t need to do that. The religious views of the owners do not affect whether or not we shop somewhere.
Give us good service, quality food, kind smiles, clean tables, and good prices. That’s all we are looking for.

We ordered subs to go cold. We took them camping, rolled them in heavy duty foil and warmed over the fire. The subs had the crunchy bread and the cheese was melted perfectly. Very delicious.
