The staff here are incredibly kind and patient. That’s the sole positive.

The back hallway near the restrooms is often stacked with boxes making it hard to get in the restroom let alone get out the back door if it was needed as a fire exit.

The dealbreaker for me is the group of morning “regulars” who have been rude (and at times openly hostile) to customers. I sadly found out when checking with the staff it’s been ongoing for years and the store manager refuses to address it. I’d urge corporate to take a look at what’s going on here.

Ordered the new asiago sandwiches online.. the chicken and the spicy steak. Get home and open up the wrappers. When you see them on TV they look fresh and neatly layered and 4 inches high. Not the case here. The chicken sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and layered with mayo.. they left the lettuce and tomato off,, was maybe an inch and a half high. Found a bone in the chicken. Spicy steak was not much better, they left the lettuce off altogether and it was compressed as well. Would not order again. And they ask for a tip for this?

To-go order: Love the broccoli cheddar soup & a small sourdough baguette cut into four chunks but did NOT appreciate the bread rolling around loose at the bottom of the bag with the receipt. The bread should have been securely wrapped in a baggie or something to keep it sanitary. Posted 11.29.25

I made a note on my order to add cream cheese to my bagel.
They made a note on my receipt “due to covid we can’t do that”.
But they can build my egg white Spinach Avocado sandwich.

I called the manager and she said “they can’t open packages of spread”, I asked “so all the spread you used to make the other sandwiches, was that made in house? Or did that come in packages?” She said “they came in a package.” I asked “so you can open big packages but not small packages?” She said “yes that’s correct”, I said “do you understand how crazy that sounds?”

This was our first visit, we came in the back entrance, walked through around 4:30 PM on a Saturday night, there were multiple dirty tables, trash all over the floors and bad BO smell.
And then, close to the front of the store where you place your order, in the dining room, there was a homeless man sleeping in the corner on a chair! An employee sitting across from him was playing on her phone like it was just another day.
We left and will NOT be back.

My wife gets a craving for a Panera sandwich now and then. Tonight, I grabbed one for myself.I got the new Spicy Take chicken sandwich. Well… that’s what I ordered. What I GOT was a dry, overcooked (sat under heat lamps for hours?) chicken filet on a bun slathered in some anonymous sauce… with NOTHING else on the bun. I removed the cold chicken to heat it up and took pics of the bun, as it was served to me. I did end up putting my own sauce and veggies on the sandwich, but nothing was saving that bit of chicken leather. I ended up feeding a chunk of the chicken to my dog. ***Nothing against the employees, and I sometimes enjoy the coffee and baked goods here. But… WOW. For a $10+ sandwich, throw a pickle on there, or something.

This is primarily a review of this Panera location and the Panera breakfast experience I had. I know Panera in general is good. But it’s not often I leave a restaurant dissatisfied and desiring supplementary food—as if I never even ate—but this was the case after trying breakfast here recently.

I’m not a Panera regular. I’ve probably visited the restaurant less than five times in my life, and I’m certain their lunch and dinner options are delicious—albeit kinda expensive. But I think they need to reevaluate their breakfast menu.

When I walked in, I was glad to see they offered breakfast options, but upon review, I didn’t see many choices. A few sandwich options and a bunch of oatmeal. That’s okay. Maybe they just do a few things really well. I chose the bacon, egg, and cheese on brioche. It looked good. I also got a cookie and an iced coffee, but that’s it. I couldn’t figure out what else to pair this sandwich with and the person who took my order wasn’t interested in making suggestions. After stumbling around trying to figure out where the iced coffee was hiding, another employee nicely pointed it out to me. All Paneras seem to be organized in a very weird and unergonomic way that makes me question my observation skills and 20/15 vision.

Once I got my food I was greeted with something that looked pretty good, but once I bit into it, I realized it’s going to be pretty disappointing. There seemed to be one single slice of flavorless bacon right in the middle of the sandwich, layered in a bland cheese, and an undercooked over easy egg on top. I love eggs over easy, but usually you’re supposed to actually cook the whites. This one was clearly not done. You know a sandwich is bad when the bread is the best part.

I don’t know if this restaurant location was just having an off morning but maybe I just don’t go for breakfast there again for a while.

Oh, the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. The iced coffee left much to be desired. 3/5 because Panera is still generally good for food. Just a bad experience likely with this location.

I mean Panera bread is just alright, soup bread bowl is decent and the mac n cheese is ok, just basic food, plain if you ask me..

The food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken and wild rice, especially in the sourdough bread bowl
The mac n cheese is also pretty good.
