Need cones of some sort to block people from holding up the entrance due to them being stupid and not knowing how the drive through works. People just stay in the entrance to quickly get in drive through line like the burgers are going to grow legs and run away…

Tonight….only one in drive through when I arrived..waited 10 minutes just for the teller to tell me to pull down , I guess because another customer finally showed up. Waited another 11 minutes for food…A Big Mac combo meal…that’s all I wanted…food came out cold and without requested condiments….NEVER going back to this location

The lady who waited on me at 9 something this am apparently didn’t either like my looks or white people she didn’t say nothing but the price to me then a man not white was behind me she was sugar honey and I don’t expect that but I don’t expect hate either. Then she waited till his food was done and walked by me with my tray stood talking to him and not offering me what I paid for. Apparently there’s not good over site .I’ll never go back to this place.

First thing that happened when I got there, a woman was getting a refund for hair in her food. I looked around and no one was wearing a hair net, but everybody had big hair. Stood at counter for 10 minutes, ignored by staff.20 minutes to get food after finally ordering. Would have left but was meeting someone there.

The long red hair guy that works on the line in the back needs to be more professional. He was cussing up a storm because HE messed up my burger had to fix it. Then he made a vulgar gesture with his hands in front of my 4 year old son. I really hope his attitude gets addressed. I get it dude you work at McDonald’s, but no where other then McDonald’s is gonna employ you with that type of attitude. Maybe the burger king will take that type of attitude, I dunno.

Don’t waste your time or money. Orders are never right and burgers are always burnt, and stale buns. The place actually was OK for a month or so, but it went right back to crap. When you’re food isn’t right you can’t even call because they don’t answer. I’m disabled and I have to get people to pick up my food. So I don’t get to eat when they sell inedible food. I go hungry because of them. They gave me extra cheese and no onions.

Person outside begging, person behind the counter totally unprofessional. I said thank you and could I please have some ketchup. Her answer was uhhuh . Double cheeseburgers were lukewarm warm and looked like someone sat on them. Being close to the casino is the only reason we got there while in town.

Went to drive thru this morning. Workers were so nice. My steak bagel was freshly cooked and had no grissell. It was delicious. They go above and beyond what is expected. Thank you!

Went thru the drive thru and they handed me the wrong bag I reached in and moved the hash browns and the lady at the window looks at me and says “That’s not your food can I have it back” and then proceeded to give that bag to the car in front of me I hope you enjoyed my hands on your hash browns oh and of course can’t forget the 20 minute wait for 1 sandwich
