Well we ordered our food and took a seat, after 15 minutes I told the manger to look for out order. Long story short the printer went down and our ticket got tossed. The manager made it right and everything is good.
I know things happen, so I challenge the manager to implement a countermeasure to ensure that next time the printer messes up that this doesn’t happen again.
Its ok to make mistakes, you just have to learn from them and create a process and educate the other team members.
Overall I got frustrated but it was made right. The food was good like it always is.

Taco Mama’s catering team worked super quickly and were very eager to donate for a school event last Saturday. They were able to meet our needs and then some, and those at the event all really appreciated their generosity! Thank you to the catering team at Taco Mama, will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience. It has been over 3 years since I have been to a Taco Mama and I am so happy to have visited again. Service here is incredible- so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and so full of value. Feels unheard of to not be charged for a side of chips and salsa/queso but they don’t! Will be back.

Our favorite Taco Mama location in the HSV area! The service is consistently fast & friendly. We love to meet friends for drinks, and have family dinner nights here. They have a great patio area as well!

We were super excited to try this place every day we drive past there was a line out of the door and so many good reviews! The salsa is AMAZING. However the tacos we got “the sizzler” was lacking flavor. good family friendly place however wouldn’t go back due to the tacos being unseasoned. We did open a tab to have a server come and replenish our beers like the clerk suggested but no one checked on us.

Torin and Lillian has exceptional customer service as well as Regan. They are always polite the food is excellent the atmosphere is amazing I love this store. All the employees are well dressed the food is always hot and prepared fresh. This is an amazing store with an outstanding manager and staff I highly recommend this place best tacos since I’ve moved from California…..Keep up the great work guys.

We saw the sign on 72 for Taco Mama and decided to try it. The taco’s were probably the best I have had at a restaurant in years. You can choose build your own or the menu choice. I had the cheesy beef tacos. They had shredded beef with queso with lettuce, tomato,onion, cilantro, and cheese. They were delicious. My first time here and will definitely be back. Also close to Costco so great for after shopping. I didn’t get photos because I just dug in.

The best Taco Mama I’ve been to and I’ve been to the other locations and even had them at my wedding.
The nachos are huge!! They can easily feed two people (or 3 for us light eaters). Great service and everyone was nice and friendly. Even the basket of chips that comes to the table is bigger at this location!
Definitely a new spot to frequent.

We came here last Friday and again last night this place is hands down the most amazing food!!!! We ordered quesadilla, chips and queso and two orders of nachos! These were the best nachos I’ve ever eaten!! Thanks Tim for the recommendation your awesome!!!!
