I’m not from Alabama, but I have NEVER seen a kitchen this nasty. I didn’t eat here, I walked right back out. That kitchen is absolutely filthy, unprofessional, and nowhere near legal health-code standards. It looks like nobody has cleaned in months. No business should be serving the public out of a kitchen this disgusting. This place needs a full inspection immediately, because that setup is a straight-up health hazard.

I ordered thru door dash and I requested my sandwich without onions bc I’m allergic to them, they did not follow instructions and put onions on my food, upon remaking my order they made the same mistake again and then tried to cover it with a pound of lettuce in the sandwich, still had with buried onions on the sandwich. I am completely disappointed, this used to be my favorite sandwich restaurant, not anymore. I wasted two hours waiting on awful food that would have made me sick.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and found this location with a vast menu with multiple choices. The staff was quick to serve and the order came out in a short time. The food was good and filling. A wonderful choice for a quick lunch or dinner. I highly recommended this place to anyone.

Food like normal tasted great. However, while waiting on our order to be boxed up, I witnessed other food fall off the oven rack and into the garbage can below (see attached picture). To my disbelief, the worker grabbed the food from the garbage can and placed it back on the oven rack. I audibly exclaimed “oh no” almost as an involuntary reaction. I was completely shocked. The worker a few moments later must have realized what he had done and threw the food back into the trash. Regardless of the current situation within the kitchen (you could tell they were a bit overwhelmed), no worker should ever remove cooked food from the trash and place it on a cooking surface where it was touching other cooked food.

Food good service was ok. They were out of the majority of drinks and flavors in the dining area. The atmosphere is outdated. On this day, the men’s room was out of order. The women’s room was unkept.

Honestly, I had a nightmare with DoorDash and my food getting mishandled, but the store handled it awesomely. I didn’t catch the guy at the counter’s name, but he helped me and my husband above and beyond our expectations. They were awesome. We were there 8/30/2025 at 2:10pm.

Whoever the night shift manger is for this shift 9/24/2025 needs to be fired. I believe it’s a lady short hair, so I came in around 6pm for an order that was placed at 5:30ish. Get there and it has to be made but the entire restaurant is empty. Female manger on the freaking phone while I walked in AND while I was waiting! She drives a white challenger that’s she sits in and talks on the phone as well while the store is running to crap! DO BETTER. HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK !

Disclaimer: I am gluten free, but not celiac, and do not have immediate reactions to gluten exposure. I am giving my experience based on taste and service. As always, how “safe” the food is for other gluten free people may vary depending on your sensitivity.
I love eating here. The staff is always so friendly and try to help even if things (like issues with the app) are outside of their control. If anything has ever been amiss, they are always eager to fix the situation. I go here for gluten free pizzas and some of the best gluten free bread buns I’ve ever had. Always tastes super fresh, and the bread doesn’t fall apart immediately like other gf bread buns. They have also been knowledgeable about things when I’ve asked them about menu items being gluten free. I also like that it’s not outrageous to make an item gluten free here, so I’m not feeling bad about having to pay way more.
Environment-wise, I always ordered togo, so I’m not sure how clean or nice the restaurant itself is to eat in, but food-wise my experience has been 10/10.
