Wish people had higher standards and didn’t put out food they wouldn’t eat, spent $52.07 to have 6 pieces out of our 16 piece to be dry and burnt not the golden crisp that the other 10 had, old mash potato’s that stunk and old macaroni and cheese. Only reason this is getting 2 stars and not 1 star is the rest of the food was edible. I probably won’t be back at this location. The pictured items are going in the garbage.
Spoke with customer service and they were kind enough to give me a partial refund since it was half of our order that was not any good. I unfortunately couldn’t recommend going to this location.

Just went through the drive through, sat waiting for 10 minutes. Come to find out their is only ONE person working for counter and window, plus making orders and food. She was super sweet and very apologetic. They were out of extra crispy and dark meat. Also it was a wait on potatoe wedges. Someone please get her some help. She said her name was Acea – dont know the proper spelling.

I got food for my wife and myself tonight. Every time that we go there, we have to wait and wait for someone to take our order. What I ordered tonight, I got to go. When we got the food out at home, the biscuits were inedible. They were as hard as a rock. We had to throw them out. I have seen numerous bad reviews on here. Well, you just got another one. They didn’t even give me a receipt, but I guess I don’t blame them if you are going to put this kind of food out.

We went through the drive thru. There was a wait on legs and wings so we ended up with 2 thighs and two breasts. That was fine, only they were a little on the dry and tough kinda chewy side.

The 8 piece extra crispy family meal was neither extra crispy or really a meal. Most of the chicken had very little meat and there was no breast. Would not recommend this place.

I have not been here in literally 2 years yawl.First compliment was,I have a issue with people taking people nasty germy money and fixing drinks too just why man I went through drive through, Now this time I did not have to wait ,but the food was not fresh at all.I ordered two number one combos .Looked and tasted as if they had been setting forever. If I could give a negative star (or multiple) I absolutely would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I placed an online order at 5:55pm then drove 10 min to pick it up. The online tracker said my food was READY at 6:30 (35 min after ordering) yet at that point I had only received my drinks and was assured that they were only waiting on tenders and it’d be out soon. I paid online and had already spent the money, so I waited a few extra minutes. I was then informed they didn’t have enough food to make my order (not tenders that I was told was the hold up) so after waiting a total of 45 min and being told they didn’t have the right things for my order I asked for them to cancel it. I was met with rudeness and told “oh we were about to START making your food until you just asked to cancel it”. They told me I’d have to call my bank to cancel the charge since I’d ordered online and they just wouldn’t start making my food. I ended up calling corporate and they refunded me immediately. I’d never ever go back to this location.

Hot day. No food ready. They were pulling every body up to park. I got the 2 for $6 bowl and pot pie. Had to wait about 15 min. The staff was very nice and they gave me a free drink for waiting. That bowl was disgusting. It had no flavor and the little bites of chicken was tough. I couldn’t even eat it. The pie was missing some of the crust. Not eating today. I’m glad I only spent $6.

We are lucky to have such a great crew at our South Main Street KFC. Every time I stop by, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you want good food served with a smile, this is the place to go!
