Chipotle as a company needs to train their employees to understand that people can get sick from old rice. I was just there an order a burrito bowl with white rice. First she smashed the rice with the spoon in the bowl. That is a no in my book. Before that there was just a little rice in the pot but I hate that they scrap all the old rice on top of the fresh rice. This practice is not healthy. I started to eat and the rice felt like hard kettle chips. I couldn’t even eat the rest. This company needs to do better.

What the heck is up with this location?? My family orders chipotle nearly weekly and they consistently get our order wrong. I always have to check it when I pick it up and there’s always *something* wrong. Today my husband picked up and didn’t think to check..literally all four meals are wrong. Soft shells when it should be crunchy in one order, sour cream all over my veggie bowl that I did not order sour cream on, no chips or drinks with our kids orders, the guac is brown and the rice in my bowl and my husbands burrito is so obviously old. Our chips are stale and my daughter’s soft shells for her tacos are rock hard. My veggie burrito bowl hardly has any beans at all, it’s essentially an old white rice bowl with no other ingredients. No cheese, no mild salsa, had to scrape the sour cream out which took all the lettuce with it and the guac is so brown I thought it was old salsa verde at first. We spend way too much money here for this horrible quality!!!!! If you can find a different chipotle in the area I highly recommend steering clear of this one. Additionally the customer service sucks-every time I approach them because they messed up my order they are grumpy and rude, even though I’m friendly! Perhaps it’s a management issue?? Get it together yall!

Avoid this location! I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. It’s been good and bad over the years. Right now, as of 7/12/25, it’s really bad.
Food quality is normal except the white rice is always undercooked… love that feeling of biting into half cooked rice. Lots of cross contamination of food items because the ingredient line is a mess.
I bought a large bag of chips. It was less than one quarter full and over 50% of the chips were undercooked. Yum… raw chips sticking to my teeth.
The crew that worked on 7/12/25 earned a 3 out of 10 on performance. Love it when employees don’t care about customers, are messy and careless and sloppy when making the food. Both of my bowl lids had sour cream smeared all around the top as the employee was shutting the lid. The jewel was the cashier… her attitude and sass when asked a simple question was unreal rude.
Oh… and it would be good for those dining in if someone kept the restaurant clean.

I am very disappointed with the quality of food from Chipotle. My guacamole was brown and slimy looking, the green peppers were brown and I had very little chicken. I ordered through DoorDash and haven’t had an issue like this before. What happened?? It use to be so good! Definitely will not be eating here again.

i am NOT the type of person to leave a bad review but i swear every time i eat here the workers are always so rude and disrespectful. i’m always nervous to order because of the workers. i’ve only had one nice experience. today i ordered my bowl and guess what they forgot my rice and chicken like hello.

this chipotle is absolutely terrible. The workers have no clue what they’re doing. i ordered a quesadilla and it had like no cheese. the rice literally hard. they didn’t even know how to wrap the quesadilla and set it down next to the cash register for someone else to wrap… It tastes like actual card board.

5 people standing around waiting on mobile orders, all are clearly aggravated because of the wait.
One lady got her food and walked away, only to come right back in because of a problem with her order.
Zero walk in customers in line. Zero.
The mobile order people are clearly struggling to keep up, with zero help from the other 3 people standing around, who by the way are all standing together on their phones, right in front of everyone at the register. Not only are they not helping with the backed up orders, the place is kind of a mess. As an ex-restaurant manager, and a current business owner, about an hour or so after the dinner rush, this is obviously the time to get caught up and clean.
This is not uncommon for Chipotle though. I’m not sure what their deal is with refusing to help with backed up mobile orders.

This location is a complete disgrace to the brand. I mobile ordered and went to sit down inside and eat my bowl. Opened the lid to see I got white rice instead brown and probably 5 pieces of corn (instead of a full serving). I asked the young lady doing mobile orders if I can just get it remade and she said yes. She remade it wrong once again. I told her it was wrong again and said no worries, so she made another one. After the third attempt, she shoved the bowl in my face and didn’t say a word, I said thanks and she walked away. Not the mention the countless eye rolling and head shaking/tilting. Staff needs a reevaluation because this is not the first time experiencing an employee with horrible attitude/work ethic at this location.
Also, be prepared to have to deal with solicitors here. Almost always there’s a group of young kids that sit in the corner and are extremely loud and obnoxious. They don’t even eat or order anything so I do not know why Chipotle allows this? Included a pic of what today’s group of obnoxious teens left. Never coming here again.

The only reason I am giving a 5 star on service was due to the Door Dasher (NOT Chipotle). We had a catering order placed multiple days in advance. Washer let us know they kept saying that he was being told that they are waiting on one more thing. Showed up 30 mins late. The proteins (which makes or breaks a business) were dry and hard to eat. That included the chicken and steak. The Barbacoa was tender but was jot flavorful at all. The cold items were all correct, but some of them were short portioned.
Overall – pretty bad for $200. We do not want anything in return. We do not need a call or email back. We just want to make sure this was viewed and addressed. It seems the 3.0 on Google and 1.5 on YELP, means that no one is doing anything about people’s reviews.
