Pulled up to rude customer service in the drive through today. After the fact I see this is a repeated problem at this particular location. I did call and speak to the manager right after. He did apologize however he was not as sympathetic because he made excuses about the workers being on a timer. I brought to his attention that google reviews could be damaging to the stores reviews which I would think would decline business. I went around the corner to chic fil an instead of wasting money at that location and I’m glad I did.

The owner daughter is very rude and need better customer service management. I will never go to this location again. I told my sister and brother-n-law not to go back neither and they go every Saturday and Sunday. I wanted be respected where im spending my hard earned money. This locations customer service really needs to be looked at. The young kids that work here especially the females always have an attitude, I don’t think making a black iced coffee and putting a dozen donuts in a box requires an attitude that is your job. Consistently I have came to this location and leave disgusted every single time. I will not stop going to Tim Hortons, but from here on out I will be driving to a farther location, just based on the constant bad customer service at this store.
If/when the owner sees this, I don’t want to be compensated with any gift cards or any in store rewards, I am genuinely asking you to hold your employees responsible for the constant horrible customer service.
To the sad employees that work here, I hope you do better in the future with your life. If you can’t put donuts in a box imagine what happens when you get a real job.

Go here every morning since I been here in Detroit for Large Black Coffee. Awesome customer service the guys know me when I walk in the door. Regular black coffee $3 yet cheaper than sta$$$’s.

This is right by my work so I loved swinging in quick for a drink and some food but these last two times I’ve visited, weeks apart, have been horrible. The staff are super sweet and quick, but my black tea reeks of sulfur/rotten eggs and tastes absolutely foul. That’s two large teas down the drain, and today’s was especially putrid with the taste and smell. Figured the first time was a one off or bad batch. This morning was so bad I had to leave a review to at least make someone aware of this issue. Would be great to hear follow up on this issue and maybe receive credit for the two wasted drinks since we typically opt for Tim Horton’s for office meetings and the quality of what I suspect might be a water issue is severely throwing my confidence in the quality of the other food and drink. 🙁
Edit 9/23: I followed up after their response and received quick, ai-generated responses saying that my concerns were forwarded to the store. No follow up has been made and no credits for the drinks offered. One of the newer reviews said the coffee was awful recently too, so beware if you care about quality. Bummer!

This location is horrible beyond belief.. 8 people working in this small gas station attached place.. I’m at the window attempting to pay for my order and the guy working the register has his back turned toward me the whole time..I had to get his attention. I ordered timbits and please count them before pulling offthey shorted me 3 out of a 10 pk..
