We have had several bad experiences at this location. This time we went through the drive through and ordered a few taco meals and a pork salad. Here’s a picture of one of those taco meals. All the taco meals only had one taco, and no lettuce. We also asked for double rice, no beans. I struggle to believe this was double rice. This tortilla with 4 pieces of shrimp plus 1/2 cup of rice was $11! That’s absurd!
The pork salad had maybe 3 bites of pork. Extremely disappointing for an $11 salad. We went to the University Mall location a few days ago and had significantly better portions.
This location has consistently missed items in our order or given smaller portions than other locations. We will be avoiding this location in the future.

I stopped by today around 6:30 PM drive thru, the food I got when I got home was very disappointed. Where is the quality checks on what is serve to the customer? The tortilla on my salad was not eatible. Only bringing this up to attention so management takes the time to properly train the team on higher standards that should be follow.
Unfortunately this is the second time food is less than decent at this location which is unfortunate. I really like this location and had multiple lunches with coworkers or family dinners at this place. Hope they turn it around.

I hate it when my favorite places disappoint because of bad management/hiring. My wife is super patient and understanding, so when she comes back upset from picking up the food – you can bet it was a nightmare experience. My burrito was made by a small child, apparently. Looked bad, tasted mediocre. The to-go bag was covered in sauce, inside and out. When is that ever acceptable? Management: take this as constructive criticism and fix your problem.

I come here multiple times a week for lunch. This place is top notch. Employees are super friendly. The Manager Joshua runs a tight ship and leads by example. Food is delicious. I’m a creature of habit and I get a salad every time. Always very clean. Thank you guys!

Went here after climbing a mountain expecting a comfortable, cool dining room.
It was not.
Told an employee that the air conditioner in the dining area wasn’t on, then told the manager and he kind of shrugged and was like, “Yeah, it’s hot.”

Literally the BEST experience I’ve ever had at Costa Vida. Eduardo and Jessica and the crew were amazing and gave our starving kids torteas while we were in line (this is the most FAMILY FRIENDLY Costa Vida I’ve ever been to). Would HIGHLY recommend this place for larger groups of families and friends and hopefully Eduardo and Jessica and the crew are there when you visit, they did an amazing job today!

Stopped in on our way to the football game. Pretty empty for 4:30 on a Thursday evening.
Since no one was inline, it was quick and easy to get through. My brother got the chicken salad and I got the chicken quesadilla. I expected it to be cut into quarters or even halves but it was the complete tortilla just folded over to represent like it was.
Either way, the food was delicious. It was as expected.
The restaurant was clean and presentable. I would eat here again.
