I ordered through the Starbucks app and picked up my order at the drive-thru — everything was quick and convenient!
I tried the Cinnamon Coffee Cake and, for the first time, the Peppermint Mocha as a hot drink. Both were absolutely delicious. The Peppermint Mocha was a perfect cozy treat!
The team at this location was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a great stop if you’re in Valdosta!

The worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Unfortunately it’s the only one this side of town. I have given it multiple chances and they have messed up my order every single time. Not to mention they didn’t put the lid on completely on one of my hot mint teas and it spilled all over my lap and burned my skin; yes, I reached out to corporate over this one because it left me in tears at the drive thru. I just ordered today via mobile order and they still can’t read the label as it says “iced London fog” and every single time I get to the window it is hot. They dump it over ice without letting it steep and cool down. It is disgusting. It looks like cream with a tea bag in it. Not to mention the attitude of every single employee I have encountered after telling them my order is wrong. I will never return to this location again. Ever.

I arrived super early and the staff was excellent very helpful when I could not remember the correct names of the drinks. Thank you for having great customer service. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious!

It’s hit or miss at this location. During the day super friendly staff, prompt and the drinks are well made. Then you get the C team. Drinks are absolutely terrible, the wait is 20+ minutes. My drinks tonight were terrible. My shaken espresso took 15 minutes to get and it had no coffee in it! I didn’t have the energy to go back. This is why I will not be returning to Starbucks.

The worst service I have ever experienced at this location. I purchase two slices of lemon loaf unopened. I had also done this on Oct 2nd and threw them away due to tasting funny. I looked at the date Aug 6, 2025. I contacted management on the same day, she stated they would replace my order. On today 10/11/25 I ordered 2 slices of lemon loaf paid for them when the cashier gave me my order I looked at the cake it was oily I looked at the date 8/19/2025. She states I’ll go and find you 2 better ones, WOW!! Second cashier comes and says ma’am that date is the production date. My reply was how would a costumer know that? However can you explain why it is so oily. Mind you the first cashier never came back with the better ones. Now a third cashier comes up and says why are you going around saying we are selling you old food. I tell him to consult with the other 2 ladies because that was not what I said. Let’s just not only am I calling corporate, I will be calling the law on the 3rd cashier and his sister, who walked up on me when I went inside to ask for the general managers number. I have never experienced such unprofessional service and to have your sister approach me in a defensive manner, she is not employed nor was she a customer at that time. I felt threatened and afraid. Like how did this all happen due to ordering lemon loaf.

I am constantly having to get my drinks remade. Also they need to retrain their employees on the sequencing drinks. I watched one of them pulling one singular ticket at a time, making one single drink at a time during a rush hour. Also they need to remind employees to clean machines every open mid day and close. It’s actually ridiculous. I hope they start training people better.

Why does the younger generation not care about their jobs and they just show up and get a check? It’s really simple to make this and yet three times she messes up. No one wants to work these days and it just seems like so many people are so lazy. I was very polite at first when I said to the young girl, no milk please after she had added milk to the first one. I said hey don’t worry about it, I’ll let my grand daughter have that one so can you please make mine without milk. She said sure I thought they had milk in them. Then she ADDED them both together to blend them. ♀️ Then after she did not double blend them I ask to verify if she did and she stated she did. Save yourself some frustration and go to another location. It’s truly sad. I’m not trying to be petty either but come on.

PLEASE give the keys of the business to Kieran. The best coffees hands down when they make them. The best service hands down, and I know my drink will be the best when blessed with Kieran’s presence.

Not only was the staff friendly but the customers were as well. I enjoyed chatting with a customer on her way to work after getting her coffee. Thanks for making my cup of Joe extra special Starbucks.

Way too expensive. We pay more for coffee from Starbucks than some spend on food for their children. It promotes selfish indulgence and does it with addictive caffeine boosts. That’s America today
