It took 26 mins to get my order. Other locations deliver in ten to fifteen. The bread was over cooked (dark brown) and difficult to bite through. The ingredients were fine. I will try the counter service once, and adjust my grade as necessary.

I ordered a sub to be delivered to my work. I was tracking on my phone it was an hour later and said order received but not out for delivery so I called and the lady i talked to was rude didn’t ask for what order or my name and said its already delivered. I looked couldn’t find it anywhere. So I called back they was gong to send me out another and got the correct number which was very sweet. When the driver came back he looked so upset and he pointed to the old delivery which he put it on a small blue box on the brick wall pretty far from the front door so no one would even look there. Why not put it at the front door???? or why not switch subs since my sub was smashed into the box and wall plus sitting out for a long time in the heat??? Doesn’t make no sense to me. I will never order from this location and I will share with alot of my friends/coworkers my experience. I am so disappointed and upset

I ordered a vito sandwich and the wrong peppers were added, there was no lettuce, no vinegar/oil/oregano, and almost no tomato added. I did not pay for a full price sandwich to have the ingredients wrong and missing.

Me and my friends go in to have a nice dinner and the server just gave my friend a free drink! Later on the 2 workers the only workers here leave and just sit outside like hello where is your customer service.

So disappointed! I ordered a slim #4 and added cheese. I get back to work and have no lunch because they gave me a turkey tom instead. I absolutely cannot stand mayo so I couldn’t even attempt to scrap everything else off and eat my sandwich. Lesson learned check your food because clearly attention to detail is not there.

The sandwiches are fine, but Hudson has no shortage of sub shops. Given the slow service and awkward location, it would not be my first choice for a sub.
