The food is standard Taco Bell. Sometimes it just sounds and tastes good for what it is. Unfortunately this franchisee doesn’t take care of its property. The landscaping around the block is filled with litter, not well kept, or they never have their contractor clear the snow, forcing neighbors to walk on this busy stretch of Langston Blvd street. C’mon Taco Bell! ***Quick update, and after 2 weeks, they finally cleared their sidewalk. I can’t say the same for the KFC, and of course there’s still litter everywhere.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. I picked up my order through the drive-thru, I noticed the food was completely burnt — as you can see in the photo, the quesadillas were blackened and inedible. I immediately went back to the store to show the cashier, expecting them to remake the food.
Instead of replacing my obviously burnt order, the cashier just handed me two taco coupons and basically dismissed the issue. I didn’t come for coupons — I came for the food I paid for. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the food is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I’m reviewing this Taco Bell purely from the drive thru experience, because that’s all I’ve ever done.
I have never had a bad experience here. They are always attentive. The people working at the drive thru are much friendlier than anyone working fast food needs to be, and it’s much appreciated.
They have never made a mistake with my order, and I’ve been here a few dozen times.
The service is fast (which may be because it’s rarely busy).
Is this food truly five stars, compared to every restaurant? No, of course not, but for a Taco Bell, I cannot ask for more.

Though they were very busy, the guy working the counter and other areas was the nicest, most patient, and most helpful person ever. He showed me where to find what I wanted to order on my cell phone/ Taco Bell application. He is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I was and am most grateful.

This restaurant chain is going down the drain. No English sprayers, unclean restaurant, poor management, we ordered hundreds dollars delivery and the careless empress at 7729 Blair rd location between washington DC and silver spring MD. THE careless employee gave delivery driver wro g bag although the name was mentioned to her 3 times. Never again. Scrappy over all. Even the wrong order we got was trashy taste.

I always have a positive experience here! I order a mix of vegan food for myself and items with meat for my husband which could be confusing. They’ve consistently gotten each item right every time. I’ve met the manager once and he was very friendly.

The problem I had as a dasher before was solved by the authorized person. Now I’m having problems again both as a customer and as a dasher. This is a safe area for me and I work here in the evenings. A manager who wanted to satisfy his personal ego, he didn’t want to deliver the orders by saying that I’m the boss here because he thought I was Dasher. After learning that my order belonged to me, he had to deliver it unhappily. His humiliating and humiliating attitude in society and this rudeness is unacceptable and I will definitely complain everywhere. Although all he has to do is deliver the order, this task is not fulfilled and this is very rude. This is not an ego center, just a taco bell store.

I love Taco Bell. But today my Supreme Burrito was actually a little cold. I had the number 3 which consisted of Pepsi, soft taco supreme and the buritto supreme. First two were great the other not. Still delicious and fullfilling. Staff was friendly the facilities were clean.
