Listen, I tried. I tried three separate times. Different times of day, different days of the week, all three times weeks apart from each other. Every single time I have ordered from this location, it’s been a bad experience.
This first time they forgot our desserts. Okay, no big, everyone makes mistakes.
Second visit; shorted us two tacos and a bag of chips. *Sigh* okay, it was a little bit busy, I can understand.
Third time’s the charm, right? Wrong. Oh, so wrong. They shorted us two bags of chips. Fine, taco bell chips aren’t the best anyway, I have tortilla chips in the cupboard. Then I opened my quesadilla to find it hadn’t been cut. Now, I realize at this point that you think I’m nitpicking because I’m tired of them messing up, but hear me out…
I picked this uncut quesadilla up to show my husband and laugh about it being uncut and I spotted it. Mold. On my tortilla. After hubby and I both ate over half the meal. Mold.
This location is in serious need of new management, if not to be shut down completely.

I ordered 3 cheesey bean and rice burritos with no cheese, no jalenpeno sauce, add onions, add guac, add potatoes. I ate two just fine, they were correct, and my third I took a big bite and was horrified that it was a meat cheese sour cream double burrito and spat it out. I should’ve had 3 of the same custom burritos, and I only ordered off the vegetarian menu.
I’m thinking they mixed my order up with another and put the wrong food in the bags. Which is pretty dangerous for people with allergies.
The staff was really sweet, and they said they would refund me for the one wrong burrito since I can’t return to get my order replaced.
If you’re a vegetarian or vegan be careful here, and honesty all Taco Bell’s, they’re notorious for messing up vegetarian orders. This is the second time I’ve gotten a meat item on accident from Taco Bell and bit into it.

I ordered a burrito supreme which is supposed to have sour cream, but lo n behold 0-sour cream. The kid working the front register didn’t wanna to make change. Claiming he had no $1’s for change. Worst experience I’ve had here, the crew and management needs to be replaced with reliable workers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They were rude, unfriendly, and the order was wrong and cold. Expensive so at least they could get the order right. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to check it. Got home only to realize a lot was wrong. Couldn’t go back because my son had to go to work and I was trying to feed him before he had to work all night.

They will give you the wrong food. When you get ahold of corporate they want to deflect all work on to you. We can’t find your order! You had no problem taking my money. Maybe if your employees would do there jobs instead of flipping the bird to snap chat Friends the right food would make it to the customers. Don’t worry I won’t be back.

This has to be the worst-managed Taco Bell I have ever been to. The lobby is always dirty, and the busted mild packets are ignored, dried, and stuck together. I worked at Taco Bell for four years, but we actually worked! Maybe if the line workers stopped talking and focused on making the food it would get made properly, and more efficiently. I was the only person in line (lobby) and it took 25 minutes.
