This seems like a fairly new concept for this chain. I usually dine-in and was expecting the same at this location. The service was ok but the portions were way too small for the price. Sauces, extra napkins, if you need them, and the bathroom were not available. The location was far from the popular hangout areas with only 5 tables and no one attending. Dining should not be an option in my opinion. Parking is behind the building in a 2 level garage. No value.

Regina was spectacular! Absolutely wonderful service from the moment we walked in. Despite it being a to-go location, there were nice tables where we were able to dine there and she took excellent care of us. Recommended great options and was able to easily accommodate gluten free options for my brother’s allergy. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS food, my compliments to the kitchen. I have been to P.F. Chang’s many times and never enjoyed it as much as today. Amazing spot!

It’s a To-Go location, not a restaurant. PF Chang is a national chain so, lower your expectations but I order on DoorDash and it wasn’t bad. The problem in Orlando is that Chinese food is not that good to begn with. This is okay for a quick fix, the ribs are KBbq and tasty.

We were there on Sunday 10/12/25 and I think the woman that took our order was Regina. While we didn’t realize this was a take out she made our visit very pleasant. We ordered 2-chicken fried rice, spicy chicken stir fry, egg rolls and wontons. Everything was delicious and we sat outside on a beautiful day. The woman that took our order , cooked it and delivered it made our experience very memorable.

Terrible experience at new Lake Nona location! Ordered online, and it was a disaster. Food was late, cold, dry, and portions were tiny – wouldn’t even feed a kid. The rice tasted stale. Called the store, waited 20 minutes on hold, and was promised a callback that never happened. Don’t waste your money and time – avoid this place!

It’s PF Chang’s so you know what to expect. This location only offers to go and has limited outdoor seating because it is meant for you to grab and go. However, that didn’t stop me and my 1-year-old for enjoying a quick bite to eat. They were very helpful and helped us order the perfect meal that my daughter and I could share and still have some to take home for Mom. They even brought the food out to us outside. Brought us Waters all utensils that we could need and continue to check in on us!
