This place it great! The girls were super friendly and perky. The manager is so awesome. He went out of his way to make sure our super big order for the band was all correct.

I hate to even make a review about this but I feel like its the only way to get anything seen. I enjoy dunkin but half the time they dont have coldbrew and when they do half of that time its wrong. I usually dont even mind when its wrong because they always fix it. I go to dunkin 3 times a week and I come to expect that its likely they will not have cold brew.
I am updating my review since I cannot post another one. Went in again today and the person at window had an attitude because I didnt tell her what was in a signature drink and she got upset with me. Even though it is not a special drink it is a menu item. She was not very kind. Very inconsistent service.

Least informed least trained store I’ve ever been to. Not a single person in there you had to ring up a simple cookie butter frozen coffee. And it’s right there on the menu. I would not recommend coming to this location at all.

I stopped at this location for the first time this morning. It was a few minutes after they opened at 5am. (I didn’t even realize they were no longer 24hrs) The lady at the window was VERY nice and the other lady working handed me my food and she was nice as well. Honestly, the service was GREAT!! My order was absolutely correct. I see a lot of bad reviews but I was very impressed with this location, ESPECIALLY the customer service. I will definitely be back!!

Packaging of the stuff is five stars
The prices are two stars $3 for a large cup of coffee is high in my opinion
I’m not sure if the prices are high because it’s right next to the highway or if that’s just how they roll but coffee and a donut used to be a cheap thing in this country
It’s a new location that’s two doors down from the local coffee shop so that’s pretty dirty on a corporate level
they also have a video camera in the Drive-Thru pointed right in your face which I hate they need to take those away. very invasive!

I come here before work every morning. The service and food/drinks have become super inconsistent. Service has gotten worse than the food. I do a mobile order every morning. This morning I was told to sit at the speaker until they caught up. In that 17 minutes of sitting there, my phone rang. I answer it and the lady comes across the speaker ranting and raving at me because I answered my phone. I was dumbfounded. It took 32 minutes to get a mobile order of two teas and a croissant this morning.
