My, now, husband and I have made it a tradition to come to Morton’s for our anniversary every year we get the chance! The personal photo, keepsake menu, table card, and complimentary dessert truly make it a wonderful spot for any occasion!
We loved Morton’s so much, we had our wedding dinner at a location in Las Vegas! Diana at the Las Vegas location was an absolute DREAM to work with!
We will be back to celebrate our next tradition!!
Side note: getting the private room with the open bar was the BEST choice we ever made for a big party!!

A great private space for dining. Located within the mall, and was a bit tough to find the entrance, but found it across from Urban Outfitters. The portions were definitely small, and left feeling like I needed more food. However taste was incredible. The salad was super fresh, and the apple put a nice sweetness to the cheese. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and a good sized piece, however the sides were limited. Felt like I needed more to accompany the choice cut. Cheesecake was a sliver slice, but was nice and creamy. Could have used a fruit glaze on top.

I made reservations for the Bubbles and Bites Veuve Champagne promotion to celebrate birthdays. The hostesses were great, polite, professional, and accommodating. Even with a reservation, there was still a wait, but they handled it well.
Unfortunately, the service once seated did not match that same level of hospitality. Our waitress was very dismissive, which affected the overall experience. We were told that the food was made fresh to order, which explained the wait, but the truffle fries and bites were served lukewarm. Noones wants fries that are warm, not even from McDonald’s, especially not me! The “bites” were extremely small, truly just two bites each.
Overall, the experience was mediocre. The hostess staff set a positive tone, but the food quality and service fell short of expectations.

There are differences in each Morton’s This one is definitely leagues above the Atlantic City location. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating. We were actually asked if we had a seating preference (booth or table). We always prefer a booth. Our waiter came over quickly to provide menus and take drink orders. We didn’t choose wine this time as the menu for by the glass is not a large selection. We ordered the Caesar salad, the Tomahawk for two and the smoked Gouda au gratin potatoes. The warm bread had a good taste was soft and flavorful. The food was delivered in good timing, accurate, and looked appetizing. The steak was a good cut, flavored just right. Had a proper amount of char on it and was perfect on the rare temperature . Although it advertises 36 ounces I guess the bone is most of the weight unfortunately . The Gouda smoked au gratin potatoes were quite good. The Caesar salad was creamy and the lettuce was fresh. The chocolate molten cake with ice cream was just average. It’s clearly not fresh made and just mass brought in. The coffee was good, hot and freshly made. We do enjoy Morton’s. We’ve eaten at several of their locations of variety of times like I had mentioned. This one is actually much better than the Atlantic City location. Food and atmosphere was enjoyable quiet enough where you can have a nice conversation. Very dimly lit, but you can see. Overall, one of the better steak options to have a good cut of meat. Our server Christopher was very accommodating and was very attentive. He checked on us without being too invasive. Management should acknowledge that he is a valued team member. Will be back.

We visited for the first time to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, and our server, Missy, was great. Prices were what you’d expect for a steakhouse.

However, our entrées took a long time to come out, our sides arrived cold, and overall service felt slow because the staff seemed more focused on a larger party nearby.

The biggest issue was that we saw both a mouse and a rat running through the dining area while we were eating. We immediately notified the staff, who then got the manager. He mentioned he was fairly new but also admitted he had seen mice there before and had already contacted pest control. Despite the seriousness of the situation, they only removed $40 from a $250 bill, labeling it on the receipt as a “sighting.”

Unfortunately, because of this, I cannot recommend dining here.

This is our new favorite restaurant. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Peter, was knowledgeable and a gentleman. Our food was prepared correctly and served timely, with only one issue. Our special included lobster tails that came out the same time as our meat. One had to get cold….

I was dining alone at a table in bar area. Place was not busy, took more than 20 minutes to get a vodka tonic. I won’t be returning. $115; you would expect elite attention for dinner but service is better at Texas Roadhouse for 1/3 the price.

Food was good. Rack of lamb was awesome

This was my first time dining here, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. The service was attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the menu offered a fantastic variety of thoughtfully prepared dishes. Every bite of the meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. You can definitely tell that care goes into every detail.

Morton’s not just a place to eat, it’s a place to enjoy an experience. If you haven’t had the chance to dine here yet, I highly recommend making a reservation and treating yourself to a memorable evening filled with delicious food and exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

I chose Morton’s Steakhouse – King of Prussia to celebrate my birthday with a table of six, and it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Our food took two full hours to come out, and there was absolutely no communication about the delay. No updates, no explanation, no apology — nothing. For an upscale restaurant, especially during a birthday celebration, that level of service is unacceptable.

When we politely asked our waitress what was taking so long, she responded with attitude and said, “since this is a nicer restaurant…” The tone and implication of that comment felt disrespectful and offensive, as if we were unfamiliar with fine dining. We have dined at restaurants far nicer than this.

When the food finally arrived, it was not worth the wait. Several steaks were dry, burnt, and bland. My steak was overly salty, burnt, and cold. After waiting two hours, receiving food in that condition was beyond frustrating.

We politely asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled professionally. Instead, he displayed very poor communication skills and was rude. There was no genuine apology or effort to resolve the situation.

The atmosphere also didn’t help — the lighting was extremely dark, making it uncomfortable to even see our food clearly.

This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner, but I left livid and completely disappointed. I will never return, and I would not recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or celebration.

Attended the Wagyu and whiskey and wine dinner last Saturday night. We had a great time. The only snafu was the 20 minutes to get seated for it.
