Came for lunch signed up on the app and got a free sweet tea of course after I purchased a tea to go with my lunch I got the two for two with the broccoli cheddar soup and the spicy Italian sandwich. Everything was fresh hot and absolutely delicious. The soup was piping hot with lots and lots of flavor. My sandwich was also nice and hot with even more flavor. I loved all the fresh peppers and lettuce. I did take the tomato out the sweet tea. You can’t go wrong probably why I had to get two of them. The service was great. Anna helped me and she was very, very helpful super sweet10 out of 10. Recommend this location. It’s clean. The staff is nice and the food is good. It’s a little pricey for the portion size that you get but they do have the app that you can download and get free tea and other goodies throughout the month. They had a lot of baked goods and cookies that look delicious but I didn’t need dessert today so I didn’t get any

Lovely place for a relaxing afternoon lunch or early dinner. Food tasted fresh and came out fast. The smell of the fresh bread when we walked in the door was very inviting. Cashier had trouble running our giftcard, but was vedy patient and got it figured out.
Prices very reasonable, especially if you’re hungry. Music wasn’t too loud but was a nice background. Restrooms were clean. In fact, whole restaurant was as clean as if they’d just opened. Highly recommend.

Came in close to closing for a to go order and the staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. The ham and cheese sandwich was a bit plain but still full of flavor. Will come back if in the area again!

Do not let these negative reviews fool you because these Karen’s aren’t getting their way or have one bad experience. I live nearby and often come in to do work and study. The staff here is great and I never have any issues at all with them. They always take great care of me and make sure my tea is topped of. The ladies at the front are always very attentive and even make their rounds in the restaurant to check on guests. Felicia is super friendly and great as well as the other manager Chris! I highly recommend this location! You can also see how clean and well managed the restaurant and bathrooms are as well. A+++

I was wanting to eat a good salad, so we went to McAlister’s Deli and I’m happy we did. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad, Tomato and Cucumber salad and a Coke. My husband had McAlister Club, which I tried and it was all so good. Ashley, the young lady whom took our order was very nice and also attentive. I’m wanting to go back so I can try their sandwiches.

If you want McAlisters go to a different one than this. They will assume your salad based order doesn’t actually need any more dressing than someone thinking really hard about it at your food. If you want a normal amount of dressing on your wrap in your salad you have to order extra and put it on yourself which you can imagine isn’t the easiest thing to put onto an already made salad wrap. Every time I come to this McAlisters my wrap is nothing but dry lettuce and chicken and I am so tired of it. If you are willing to change directions and maybe go a bit further the McAlisters in Mesquite is 10x than this and will actually give you the food you order with the ingredients it’s meant to come with.

I’m HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes which is why I always stick with soups or items such as the SW sandwich or wrap that DOES NOT include tomatoes. Welp, my greatest fear came true…. Ordered my tomato free entree.. took a few bites unaware of the tomatoes… then took a bite with the tomatoes. already took my meds and inhaler. Hoping this doesn’t result in an ER trip for me. Please please please train your employees to care and understand. Their carelessness could kill someone.
