We eat here as our go to chinese place in the area and its normally pretty good. I ordered some chicken fried rice but I am not sure if they changed their supplier or recipe or what but the chicken looked like unseasoned canned chicken instead of the normal slices of seared chicken breast. Tasted super bland. Hopefully this is a one time thing and not what they intend to have as their new norm.

Listen… Chinese food is hit or miss… This is a hit. I was a bit taken aback by their refusal to add green peppers to my food saying there was “no possible way” they could add green peppers. That’s weird, but whatever. There wasn’t much to the actual restuarant that stood out, but again… The food was awesome and everything tasted REALLY good. The kitchen was very clean from what I could see at the counter.

I have eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life and I can say without a doubt that this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. We had a lot of items on the menu and unfortunately EVERYTHING we ate was well below average. The steamed dumplings were like frozen store bought and heated in a microwave. The Crab Rangoon was just not flavorful. The orange chicken was chewy, not crispy. Almost like someone cooked it yesterday and just warmed it today to serve again. The rice was hard and dry not soft at all, definitely not cooked properly or even close. The chicken with broccoli was flavorless, and the broccoli seemed like it was tossed in at the end so super hard and uncooked. This meal was 48 bucks. If it had been decent I’d have happily paid that. This meal wasn’t worth the price. I would not recommend eating here.

Tried Chopsticks in Diberville this afternoon. It was good and the service was great, but we have had better Chinese elsewhere. The egg drop soup was 10/10, and the general Tso chicken was good as well, however there was no spice to it whatsoever. It says on the menu it is one of their spicy items so it was a slight letdown. We also tried the Chinese donuts and were not disappointed!! They came out super hot and fresh and were amazing. Overall, good experience, but nothing that made it better than other Chinese restaurants around. We will definitely be back to try other menu items though!!

I love getting food from Chopsticks when I’m in the area. I usually get their lunch special. I have others that have ordered with me who have tried their freid shrimp and fish and say that it was good. They are currently revamping and remodeling. I can’t wait to see the final product.

2nd time eating here and we have not been disappointed!! The freshest tasting crab Rangoons I’ve ever had and the best General T’sos chicken!! Great portion sizes for dine in and take out.
