I would like to say that the front lady in front counter was very nice. Its just the service and food. Firstly, I came here with my dad and it took an hour for our meal to be served and it arrived cold! My blood sugar was going low. We just order two items, burger and a wrap. There were 3 people behind us with larger order and their meals came out before ours. Never again!

I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews because I always thought everyone especially employees are very friendly but in this case, they were very unfriendly and some of the employees were acting very unprofessional. They took too long to take my order along with other customers that were waiting for their order to be taken.The manager even told the cashier to stop taking orders. If she was going to say that, then why not close the lobby and explain to all customers and apologize for the inconvenience. Not once did that manager apologize and acknowledge the customers including myself. I waited 20 minutes and never received my order. So I had no choice but to ask for a refund. So I calmly asked the manager for my refund and she had her back turned and just ignored me. However another employee was able to help me and right away the manager turned around and told the cashier “no more taking orders!”. Then I told the manager that I just wanted my refund because I have to go back to work. Then the manager turned her back at me again and said “don’t give me attitude”. In my mind I’m thinking “are you serious right now?”. In my defense, I did not have an attitude. I was just simply saying that I just wanted my refund *period*. After she said that and of course I was now upset, I added “well now I’m not coming back here again”. Then the cashier told here “ma’am she by herself and we’re only human” like she was basically arguing with me like it was my fault. I just told her just to give me my refund and she kept rolling her eyes at me giving me a bad attitude. I can also tell other customers were frustrated of waiting. I was able to get my refund and I just walked out not saying another word. Overall I just want to say they can sure use more staff and I mean “friendly” staff. But obviously it doesn’t matter because like I said, never again will I go back to that location. After reading previous reviews from others, most of them are 1 star rating with just about the same comments so similar to mine. So my main question is why aren’t they being evaluated after this whole time? It’s very sad.. Anyway that was my experience.

I stopped by to grab some food to go. I had to wait about 30-35 minutes. The parking lot was not full, the dining room was not full, the drive through line was not long, but they took a long time to get the orders out for those of us who walked in to order food. Then they forgot an order of fries for one of my combos. I was glad I checked the bag before I left.

My fries were cold and all my burgers are cold as well the staff members were rude and did not know how to operate a restaurant . The worst part was I had to walk up to the counter and the two girls looked at me clueless as if I was the dummy. I paid full price for full bad service.I worked in fast food for over 10 years I demand a full refund on my 3 separate orders on order number 20, 23 and the last one was a kids meal for my son which he complained about it being cold too come in guys i come here all the time im calling tomorrow June 13 after 2 pm when I get if work this is Ridiculous how I need to return to the store after when I come home from work I know I wasn’t the only one with a complaint and im sure I won’t be the last see you guys tomorrow for my refund

I know most of the latest reviewers are negative but hear me out. If this was based solely on speed of service they would have negative stars. No one was rude but it took forever to even place the order. They seemed understaffed and the help wanted sign out front proved that. Limited workers trying to do drive through and inside customers. However, my food was hot and delicious. The fish burger was exactly as I ordered and amazingly delicious. So if you don’t mind the wait, and I mean wait, you’ll get some good tasting food. At least I did.

BK continues to flame broil its burgers. The smell of cooking beef fills the air around the location & especially its parking lot. QUITE WELCOMING!
I used their app that has many daily offers & discounts. Best of all, my order is ready faster than ordering at the counter!
The new BK MELTS really hit the spot and the app upgrades orders to a larger sized drink or fries if you accept it.
The Ultimate BK Melt today was delicious! The APP let me adjust the lettuce, tomatoes, add more onions & pickles at NO EXTRA charge. I was in control of the specific amounts of ingredients I could use & the lower amounts were at no charge.
The jalapeños & sauce blended well with the crispy bacon & the cheesy dual-patty burger; not too spicy, just satisfying.
Additionally, the kids playroom is now open & there’s additional seating for all patrons; there’s even an enclosed private room with space for 6 BK’ers or more.

Lunch @BK just got pricier! I had the KING MEAL now $4, up $0.50; spicy nuggets $1.49 up $0.49! Less food for more money. I was surprised to see a sign on the door limiting my stay to 30 minutes, then I must leave!

Food was fine, the drive thru service though was absolutely dreadful. Made us park in the front, with nobody in line behind us (which I dislike in case missing/wrong items). When we received our order, 1 item was missing and 1 item was wrong from my order. Went inside to go get it and received (most likely) left out food because it was cold and stale. Asked for an extra sauce, lady with glasses was like “It only comes with one.” That’s why I said EXTRA. Very indecent experience.

Had not been to this location in a good while. Just to pay for extra, not get the extra. And to top it off when calling to address the issue Maria took forever to look into the issue and was beyond rude and unprofessional. If it was done MY WAY the first time I would not have to call. Be annoyed at your staff and self for not guaranteeing order was correct I was the only one in line noone in front. Not busy at all in store or drive thru. this order should have been perfect. I get it we are human we make mistakes but the biggest mistake Maria was you giving attitude for a mistake that was on YOU AND YOUR staff!!
