Well, at least the food continues to taste good at Chipotle. However, I’ve experienced issues almost every time I place orders for pickup. Sometimes they don’t have my order at all, other times they’re missing things from the bag…
On my most recent trip, though, my order included a salad, and when I got home and opened it up, there was only a few leaves of lettuce in one corner of my “salad”… Seriously, I counted them… There was 8 small pieces of lettuce – EIGHT, on a salad that’s supposed to have the majority of the bowl filled with greens. This is not acceptable.
I can’t speak for dining in in recent months, but my experience with them has (over the years) been pretty consistent that they give great portions when I’m there in person, watching them make it. However, when I order online for pickup and they leave it on the shelf, they just don’t care to offer the same service, even despite being tipped beforehand. I’m disappointed that they don’t show consistent standards for all customers.

Can’t get ahold of the store. So leaving a review. Ordered chipotle off DoorDash and chipotle just put a few pieces of steak in a bowl and send it to me. Ordered DoorDash again and chipotle sent us the wrong order. Cannot get a hold of anyone in store. I didn’t get lunch twice within one hour. Thank you for reading 🙂 added note I did get a side of guacamole

My chicken burrito was good……big portion…..kind a disappointed that order wasn’t ready but overall good experience…..definitely will buy our food again here……their guacamole and chips are da bomb…..deliciously good……..

I haven’t gone to Chipotle in a while but decided to go today. I ordered the tacos because it’s not as.heavy with rice and.beans as the burritos. The place was busy but the staff were moving customers through the line quickly. I ordered chicken tacis and they were delicious. The chicken was fresh and hot and the tortillas were warmed and soft. I enjoyed them very much.

I picked up bowl burrito and it was way too salty. I think their chefs needs to taste food before serving it. I had to throw away this much. Finally realize black beans were way too salty. Chef might have put salt twice. I am sure they will be getting more complaints and reviews as well.

Yesterday I got a takeout steak salad and two of your usually delicious dressings. When I got home and tasted the dressing which makes the whole salad come together, I was shocked. It was burning my mouth and lips and tongue to Extreme and It tasted like barbecue sauce. It was very brown and color, which it usually isn’t that dark. I don’t know why you guys don’t follow the recipe?? if you did, you wouldn’t be having this post written right now. For the price of a steak salad now I want everything to be delicious..,a salad without dressing it pretty bad!

The order was missing the kid’s chocolate milk and the utensils which I requested online.
The portion sizes at this location are always extremely small which is why I don’t frequent Chipotle overall like I once did.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had items missing but my family is sick and I was In a hurry to yet the food back.
Overall this location has regularly given me some of the worst experiences I’ve had with Chipotle.
I’ve kept my Yelp and Google reviews unfinished but today was the final day I’ll probably ever patronize Chipotle.
Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many superb Mexican food spots in the area.

Usually, I do not have an issue at this Chipotle but tonight the staff that was making the food on 11/9/2021 at 6pm was the absolute slowest I have ever seen. It took me 30mins to get my food. The staff looked like they didn’t care. I was finished paying and still waiting on my burrito to be wrapped. Never seen someone wrap a burrito so slow in my life. On top of that the person that put the to go salsa in the bag did not secure the lid and spilled all in my bag. Must be hard to find good workers now days.

The ingredients seem to have potential, (other than both times being served cold), the price and lack of portion is a huge put off. Microwaved tortilla, wrapped in foil, makes for chewy and sticky).

OMG the food is terrible the beef taste like mutton, and not lanb mutton, the chicken has no flavor I’m just so disappointed. I’m going to have to go find something else for lunch…..YUCK
