The best neighborhood pizza/sandwich stop you could ever ask for. High quality ingredients that complement sensitive guts and picky eaters. Amazing portions on the toppings and flavors that give it a high end taste.The brick oven gives everything you order a solid crunch and light smoked flavor that just makes every bite explode! Give patience and you will be rewarded with a top notch meal from top notch people. To give this place anything lower than 5 stars is just plain absurd.

We were starving when we decided to give Love at First Slice a chance. We had been wanting to give it a try. We were pretty disappointed. The pizza was pretty badly burned on the bottom. I’m personally not a fan of burned pizza. I’m not sure if it sat too long in the oven, but it wasn’t good. The service was really good and she made it pretty quickly. My only complaint, and unfortunately it’s a big one, is the burned pizza. I think only one or two slices out of the 2 larges we ordered were not burned. Hopefully next time it will be better, if we decide to order again.

I’ll start off by saying this is the best pizza I’ve had in RR thus far, and the next best is not even close. With that said, however, I did have issues with my order. I ordered 2 pizzas; my first was supposed to be half cheese and half with toppings, but the entire pizza was covered, despite me double checking with them as it was being made. My second pizza was correct, but half of it was burnt (crust and underside). Regardless of this, I will be going back as the pizza was phenomenal (would have rated 5 stars if not for the issues I experienced).

Awesome hidden gem! A wonderful little pizza food truck nestled conveniently off of Uncer and Cherry. this delicious pizza proprietor is a breath of fresh air in a desolate landscape of non existent food options, the edge of Rio Rancho is in desperate need of food accommodation within a reasonable distance, and this cute pizza place is definitely a step in the right direction, their Italian calzone was incredible and the garden pizza was so tasty with really fresh veggies, finding this place has definitely made this foodies heart happy, keep up the good work

I found this little place on my google Maps. I ordered a Supreme pizza and a margherita calzone, and let me tell you, it’s the best pizza and Calzone I’ve had, i think. EVER! The crust was soft, and the ingredients were full on flavors. The best part is, it’s a local small business! I’m all about supporting local business. Definitely will be going to try the other Pizzas and Calzones!

The pizzas turned out awesome and they have a coffee truck (Gnomad Coffee) in the same spot so we got coffee and smoothies while we waited. They have sandwiches and salad as well so it is a full experience! I am in love with that spot and the slices! It’s on Cherry Rd in Northern Hills right next to the firestation

I was tired of the big chain pizza. I googled pizza joints near me. This came up. It’s been about 2 months since and we’ve ordered at least half a dozen times. The pizza is delicious! The staff are super friendly, and not in a pretentious way. I highly recommend. It’s awesome to have in our neighborhood. Keep up the good work…. Oh yeah, I’m ordering today as well!!!

Great pizza, fast, easy service. I ordered a large Supreme, it was really delicious, lots of toppings, and they do not skimp on the cheese. I love supporting local business here in Rio Rancho, so much better than the chains.

So happy I found out about this place! We ordered the Garden pizza and a pepperoni pizza, it was ready in no time! The pizza is really tasty! It’s made in a wood oven so the crust will have some burnt edges, which I love! The veggies in the garden pizza are fresh and so good! My son loved the pepperoni, he said “this pizza is amazing!” We will be going back for sure! If you have a craving for pizza, try this little place, you won’t regret it and you’ll be supporting local small business, win, win!
