Rolled in because I wanted a Cherry Limeade, this was around 3pm on Sunday. Pressed the button and waited…and waited…and waited…and waited…and waited…and waited…and waited…and waited…
Pressed the button again, waited some more.
After about 10 minutes I left without ever been spoken to by anyone. Not sure what kind of staffing issues they were having, but given I only wanted a Limeade its not like I would have taken very long.

We ordered a crispy tender dinner, along with a few other items. It is apparent that the oil used to fry the food is extremely burned/passed its useful life. The food was disgusting look closely at the photo. There are three other Sonics within 5 miles, I would suggest going to another one. We have experienced this same problem more times than not.

I am just gonna share my experience today and you guys can judge for yourself if it’s worth your time going there… I went and all I ordered was a drink and mozzarella sticks… They order 15 minutes later still was not at my car. I tried pressing the button and nobody responded after about two minutes. I walked up to the front door. Somebody saw me everybody ignored me eventually someone came out and I said hey where’s my meal and they went and checked, and it had been sitting out on the prep station for 15 minutes getting cold… So I reached in the bag and sure enough it was cold… Fine things like this happen I’m not gonna lose my head over it, but I asked to speak to the manager I see the guy go ask the manager the manager said no like he wouldn’t come talk to me and then the guy comes back out and I said fine. Just give me my money back… Nobody apologized. Nobody offered to redo my meal anything like that they just Had an attitude about it and I just felt like what a waste of 30 minutes total sitting there no food and now my lunch break is up. It’s so frustrating when establishments like this. Don’t show any care at all for your time and don’t show any remorse when they drop the ball… On top of that I looked inside the kitchen and it was disgusting. I don’t think it’s been cleaned in a month. This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this location and had terrible service, but it will be my last time coming to this location.

Don’t come here if you have a metal card. Since their card readers are so out of date they literally turned me away and I couldn’t get my order.

I ordered a large fry and when I got back to eat them this is what I had. Pieces that look just like they taste stale and freezer burnt. It’s like they gave me what was left of the fries they had sitting out.The fries were so stale and the freezer burnt taste was so strong I they were not edible. Mind you I had to wait almost 10 minutes for this?! I will not be coming to this location again.

The food was nice and hot. The burger actually tasted like a burger – even for fast food. And the delivery to my car was super fast! There’s always plenty of pull-in spots with plenty of shade in the hot Texas sun.

Sonic has become too expensive. Their shakes have skyrocketed in cost. Their burgers are ok but not great. Their fries and tater tots are great when fresh, possibly the best in the area. Service is always polite and timely.

I sent my nephew up there to get our order. He comes back. I am missing the tater tots on a full order, and they gave me a route 44 Dr. Pepper that was flat and we live less than a block away our food was cold they didn’t give us a receipt, so we can’t call a complaint do not stop at this location it’s a trap
