Solid five stars here today, especially for a fast food place. The seasonal decor was great and the Sausage eggs biscuits were served not only perfectly but with good time and friendly faces. Everything cooked well including the nice soft, warm biscuits.

Ordered via DoorDash for dinner tonight. Ordered a double big cheeseburger and requested to add lettuce and tomato, but got a RAW single burger with just cheese and slopped with ketchup. This is absolutely sickening! Tried to call them to let them know so they dont get anyone sick, and a recording said the number is not in service. That’s convenient.

A half cooked biscuit and cold food. After waiting in the drive through for 30 mins, you would at least think it would be fresh. They won’t answer their phone, of course. What do you know, I didn’t even get a receipt. Staff wearing regular clothes. Health department needs to review them. Food in the trash!

The sweet girl at the drive thru was so nice. She double checked my order, made sure I had ketchup and sauce for my burrito. Smile during the entire transaction. Haven’t seen her before but look forward to seeing more of her.

3 out 4 times I ordered meals in the past month my double cheeseburger was a single. We live in De Soto so it’s not like we can take the food back the same day. Frustrating. We’ve had the same experience at the Bonne Terre location, today! Is this a franchise issue in 2025?

Kelli was extremely friendly and upfront with all the customers. She was working at this location from a different store and handled running out of products very professionally. Staff was honest with us and other customers about being short-staffed and clearly communicated that the wait time would be longer.

Waited 10 minutes after ordering in the D/T for my food. Not sure what was the cause for their hold up. All my items including my coffee were cold, obviously not fresh, the cheese had begun to harden and darken in it’s color. More than $15 for 2 sandwiches and a large black coffee is ridiculous at best, especially when the end product is so poorly executed. I do not recommend.

Every time I come to the festus location the staff are amazing! Johnny is a person I see there regularly and he is amazing! He goes above and beyond to give me fresh food and excellent customer service. I haven’t met an employee there that had been rude or hateful. This is my favorite breakfast place!

Really just stopped for a restroom break but it is polite to make a purchase. Ordered a large drink. $3.98!!! I don’t come to Hardee’s much. Sticker shock. When I walked in the smell hit me.. old grease smell. As I was waiting to take my order for the soda I looked around at the lack of cleaning that had been done. Food on floor and under the work stations . Took my cup after paying only to find out they are out of Dr Pepper… what I wanted. So I asked for a refund. Dylan addressed me and stated they are out til tomorrow but processed my refund with a smile . 2:00pm
