Small place, overcrowded, reasonably priced for this economy (reg. Size prized between $11&$12 dollars) however the portion sizes of some, not all subs leave a lot to desire for that price(see pics specifically the Buffalo Chicken Philly) The Pepper Relish is indeed the star of the show. Purchased a 16fl oz bottle for $6 and the creamy Stubborn Sodas are nice as well. The bread is not too soft, not too hard, absorbs the sauce moisture just right and the sandwiches do not fall apart. With great flavor. First pic is of the Chicken Philly, like I said where is the chicken? It don’t help that it’s more like ground spreadable chicken either cuz that allows for minimal amounts and it looks bulky cuz of all the lettuce and veggies. Will go once again after the “hype” has died down because this first $70 trip (4 reg subs, 3 miss Vickie’s, 3 cream sodas and relish) was mildly disappointing

Well, first time going to Jersey Mike’s, and they messed up a simple order. Asked for no onions, and they added onions.
Also prices are ridiculous. $11 for a 6″ sub, and one that is just average at that. Nothing special with the meat, bread, or toppings.
Once was more than enough for me. Will not be returning. Seems like when new food places come to I.V., I.V. messes it up.

Just picked up two giant subs today. I would not go back again. Way she made sub was very sloppy. Chunk of Mike’s sauce giant bell paper just not sure if you call that sandwich. Just threw stuff together. This was my second visit and it will be the last one. Thank you for your service Imperial Valley Deserves Better

The employees were friendly fast and efficient. The food was good and not overly priced. The location is small and hot. The door faces the West which magnifies the Imperial Valley’s heat. Please owner, add some UV tinting and blinds to the windows!

Jersey Mike’s has some great subs, but my recent experience was a bit frustrating. The wait time was longer than expected, and I felt the prices were on the higher side for what I got. However, I have to give a shoutout to Ian for his excellent customer service. He was friendly and attentive, which definitely helped make the experience a bit better. Overall, I hope they can work on their speed without compromising quality.

Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today female took my order, put clean gloves on and started to make my sandwich. Then she proceeded to clean the grill touch the trashcan, and I asked the gentleman in the store to have her change her gloves as she proceeded to go back to make my sandwich at that time I got attitude and then the gentleman helped another new customer offered her a cookie for being A new customer and had her signed up for rewards while I got nothing. I told him that they should train the girl so that everyone got the same deal. attitude and stated have a good day

I went to get a sandwich today for the first time. It was so good. Place is a bit small. It would be hard for a wheelchair to get around in there. But what really makes this a five-star for me is the customer service we received. Priscilla is a gem. She is super friendly, very helpful and extremely sweet. She’s a keeper!

Since Jersey Mikes opened in El Centro I’ve been there 3 times and each time has been a great experience. Yesterday 8/29/24 has been the greatest experience yet. They still were as busy as ever and even tho we waited a while I watched ALL the staff work hard to get the orders out. They all kept smiles on their faces and made sure we knew they were working on our order. I unfortunately only got one name and I wish I was able to mention all of them by name. Valerie went above and beyond and reprinted my receipt after I had denied receiving it. She was all smiles and was even singing. I love visiting places with such great customer service and great vibes. They are a rare find here in our small valley!

Waited 45 min for a sandwich that I ordered online. Watched about 10 people come in get their sandwich made and leave before I got mine. The girls were nice but completely unacceptable. Let’s see the owner respond to a 1 star review and not just 5 star reviews
