Every single time I go through this drive through, I have to go sit and wait for my order for at least 15 minutes in one of the pick up spots. Doesn’t matter how many or how few cars are in line. Now obviously they don’t have the smartest people working there – it’s a McDonald’s. But good gracious what could be so fundamentally wrong with this location that they are just incapable of having any food ready at any point during the day. Do better.

Can’t tell you how the food was…..WE DIDN’T GET ANY. We waited for 30 minutes in the dt for three hash browns and a big breakfast. We watched 4 cars receive their food and one person ahead of us waiting along side us. Do better. This is ridiculous, if you can’t get competent staff for the early bird shut down the store and open a restaurant that requires a better attitude and sense of urgency. Like the previous comments said “they took the fast out of fast food”

I never leave reviews but they deserve it. I’ve never been to this location before. I went through the drive thru at around 9:30am 10/18/25. I was taken back by how nice and friendly they were. I’ve been working in customer service/food service for over 5 years now and I KNOW how difficult it can be to keep a smile when almost half your customers are rude and entitled. These employees looked and sounded so genuine even in the short interaction I had. I go places fully expecting to feel like an inconvenience but not here. The food was so good too! Thank you!

I literally just found a metal piece that seems to be from the kitchen or a box cutter or a soda dispenser piece inside of my drink. I am extremely unsatisfied and disgusted. My mouth has a weird taste from the drink, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I already drank half of the drink. I need to be compensated with free meals for a year as well as a refund for my order. I am now and forever, terrified, and more cautious, when inspecting my food and drinks before I consume it.

Absolutely disgusting! Every table at 6:00pm on a Sunday was filthy and after telling the guy at the counter he handed me napkins to clean my own table! Never again will I waste my time or money at this McDonalds. What a joke.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they take 15-20min to make my food. I even order ahead (and say that i arrived) 10-15min before I actually get there and they still take 10-15min to make my food! And that’s not even when they’re busy.

EVERY TIME I come here, I am asked to pull to the side and they will “bring it right out” and EVERY TIME I am waiting 30+ minutes for a dang biscuit. Horrible service, 0/10… definitely needs new management and employees.

Some of the worst service I’ve had at a McDonalds. I’ve been a few time and I’m ALWAYS waiting 20 minutes for my food. Half the time there isn’t even a rush.
