I was in Ketchikan for 3 days, visiting my lady friend. She mentioned there is a coffee place better than starbucks and wanted to check it out. I ordered 32 oz, Cookies and Cream Frappe, with light caramel drizzle and snickers whipped cream. The lady friend ordered Irish Mudslide Latte/Frappe and with snickers whipped cream. Amazing, delicious and better than starbucks. Why go to starbucks, when you can get B&D expresso. It was so good, we went back the next morning and ordered the same thing. Thank you so much, very friendly service and delicious coffee.

Best coffee & frap on the island. Blair is an amazing, funny, friendly, creative flavor-maker around & makes every purchase with excellence and humor! Gotta stop here if you’ve never been! Best drinks ever. And her bagel breakfast sandwiches are equally as delicious.

Blair is amazing! I try to only go to her coffee stop by Safeway because she is so amazing with the drinks she makes. She comes up with fun specials and posts them on their FB page. The other B&D by the ferry terminal isn’t quite as fun as they don’t partake in the fun drinks and different flavored whips Blair makes. I was told by one barista she could make me the drink Blair posted but she wouldn’t be making as pretty ♀️ my advice… Go to the one by Safeway. It’s the best!

Competent, quick service, better prices than other coffee shops in the immediate area. Good hot chocolates. Not optimal for walk-ups, but if you’re in a car, on the go, this is a good place to hit-up on West End.
