Store was super clean and every time I come in, it is the same employee, but he does a great job! Managers need to hire more employees because this guy deserves a day off.
As for the food, it was good but I am a little dissapointed about the poor quality of the vegetables. They were wilted, and some had brown edges. If I am paying 14+ for just a sandwich and a drink the veggies should be edible.

It seems the only person working at this place that can make subs correctly is the manager the new people and the people there bringing in from other stores are just bad at makeing subs. like today half the sub was burnt and barly edable also why would put the meat on the sub while holding the bread. Put the bread down so you can put the meat on it flat not all in the back of the sub it makes for very uneven sub. Its almost like no body is given training or shown where stuff is.

April 2, 2024. When I got there I was so impressed on how clean the subway restaurant was. Working in healthcare I have to get food fast so I can get back to work so needless to say, I’ve been to a lot of fast food restaurants, this one really stuck out to me because there was nothing on the floor, and the place was basically spotless. The guy who was working was there by himself, With a line of at least four people ahead of myself. Whenever it was my turn to order the employee apologize for the wait and asked how I was doing. The employee was very thorough and asking what I wanted on my sandwich, And I didn’t even know that Subway had two different types of chicken! Overall, my experience was great! I will also have to say that that was probably the best made and best tasting Subway sandwiches I’ve had in a really really long time. Although It’s out of my way. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Perhaps this store should consider hiring more workers. There’s always one worker who is clearly overwhelmed. Today I placed an order online at 6:20 PM and it said it would be ready at 6:35 PM. My order wasn’t ready until 7 PM. If it’s going to take that long, tell people. Don’t tell me it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and then make me hangout for 25 extra minutes.

Have yet to order here that was done correctly. Either over charged or in today’s case waited 20 minutes past when my food said it would be ready just to get late food that was also made wrong and soaked in oils.

If you want a sub, please drive down to Walmart subway and stay away from this dump. The owner training down to managers to scam the customers. They charge you for bacon on a Bacon Chicken Ranch then short the chicken next time in. Walk in and kids toys are all over the floor. Now they don’t even honor corporate coupons. Go elsewhere and let this junkie store go out of business.

We stopped at the Subway on grand Central and as we went in the clerk was sitting at a table coloring in stickers (probably for subway sandwiches). We were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! The clerk said I’ll be with you in a few minutes as she continued sitting at a table coloring. Then a male worker came from the back – did not even acknowledge us at the counter waiting – and began to talk with the clerk who was coloring at a table. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen – so we left as we wanted to get our lunch before dinner time!!!!
