This was our first time here. Manager Heidi, Chef Jazz, Beto and Jacob were all so accommodating and helpful with my adult disabled son. We had the crispy chicken strips, fish and chips and spicy smashed burger which we all enjoyed. It is loud but fun. We did play a few arcade games and earned enough points to get some candy to bring home. We went on a Wednesday at noon so we had no problems with it being crowded. We will be returning.

Lawrence was our hostess. I’ll say this. He is one of a kind you can tell he enjoys his job. Excellent customer service. He took his time to make sure we all were able to order food, drinks and received our food in timely manner. Lawrence kept checking on us and seeing how our food was and any refills that we needed.
He also joined in to sing happy birthday to my son! Which we all really appreciated. Great interaction and short conversation with us all.
My family and I just kept saying wow what great service we got!
You have an outstanding employee!! The kids had blast play in the arcade area!
Will be back for sure for more memories!

Went during the week for once, completely different atmosphere. One of the managers, Gabriel, was very informative & helpful when we were ready to order. The food always comes out so good. The crispy chicken burger is my favorite.. After, a lady with glasses & curly hair (sorry I didn’t get her name) was also very helpful when the claw machine malfunctioned & very friendly when we cashed in our tickets. All the staff pretty much deal with whatever issues you have; food, tickets, games malfunctioning. It all gets solved. We’ve never had problems coming here & will definitely be coming back.

Pizza was great.. The chicken parm was a little off. Had to ask for extra sauce because noodles were a little dry. The menu changed. Unfortunately, sirloin is the only type of steak they have.

$16.99 for this salad that was horrible. Look at this lettuce. Will never be back to this location. All white romane lettuce looks like it could have come from McDonald’s. I’m extremely disappointed in this location absolutely horrible. My daughter’s chicken salad was just as bad. $44 for trash food. Could have been used at a restaurant.

Servers are attentive and friendly. My two kids love coming here to play and earn tickets. We mostly do half off wednesdays so we can get the most play time for the money. Food is ok.

It’s Dave & Busters management is great, food is delicious and I enjoy the karaoke on Sunday nights. Unfortunately most of the wait staff that I have dealt with are not the nicest or you can tell they’re being fake nice they seemed irritated like they don’t want to be working. Also once I sit down at a table where a worker told me to sit I have waited up to 10 to 12 minutes first service that I had to get up and flag someone down. I’m fair I understand if it’s busy but the times that I’ve gone it was not busy.

I’ve visited several times Since Dave and Busters has opened. Usually it’s to watch a football game, UFC fight or boxing. Every seat is great for viewing because they have so many screens available. They have a full bar and a great cocktail selection. Food is tasty. I visited 5/3/25 to watch a Pay per view boxing match. They charged a per person $20 fee to sit in the dining area which had the biggest screens. To me this was a very reasonable price for the event. They were seating people as they arrived. I’m not sure if they were accepting reservations. Seating was comfortable and spacious. Our waitress was attentive and made good suggestions for food. I had the honey bbq wings with a side of Nashville hot sauce to dip in. Very favor full. My Boys enjoyed the brownie served with ice cream but loved the chocolate cheesecake s’mores dessert. All staff members were helpful. We all enjoyed ourselves.

believe his name was Gabe — he was absolutely awesome! I took my son on a play date, and when the kiosk wasn’t working properly, I went to the front desk for help. A young girl seemed to be in a hurry and directed me to Gabe instead. Gabe gave us amazing customer service — he took the time to help us out, even though it took about 10–15 minutes, and he never once made it seem like he was in a rush. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service he provided!

All the workers are super nice and have amazing customer service!! Our waitress was super sweet and always had a smile on her face! My family really enjoyed eating and playing in the arcade! I forgot to mention that the manager gave us free mozzarella sticks!
