I’m not from the area and I was stopping at the local chain coffee shop and the line was way too long. So, I looked for the next closest cafe and found “Rethink”. And I’m so happy I did. Their drinks are extremely tastey and full of flavor.
I also had a piece of home made gluten free banana bread which was very delicious and healthy. You can really tell it’s fresh and homemade.
After this visit, I’m not quite sure why anyone was waiting in line across the road.

My husband and I wanted to try a new place to eat while checking out the area. The place was clean and there were maybe about two couples eating. I ordered the buffalo BLT on a wrap and my husband ordered huevos rancheros. When we received the huevos rancheros it looked like glop thrown in a box. It tasted like cinnamon which was strange. We definitely did not like it but for $14 dollars, we didn’t want to waste food. We also got a smoothie which we were not fond of. The buffalo BLT on a wrap was great although it seemed like it took forever to make. The girl at the counter did express that she was new so no issue there. She was nice.

Rethink Food and Drink is a great little hidden gem in Oviedo. I had the Vanilla Chai and the Huevos Rancheros, and both were delicious and really fresh. Cody was super cool and walked me through some seasonal coffee options to try on my next visit. Parking and seating are ample, and the whole place has a nice, chill vibe for a healthy bite and a relaxed break.

Was excited to try out this new place on a Sunday afternoon. Came in, there was maybe 3 or 4 people ahead of me and only one girl working. Decided to order a smoothie anyways. It was insanely slow to get our smoothie. She didn’t give us waters we asked for either until she got around to making my one smoothie.
I wrote this review while sitting and waiting for my order. After writing the initial review over the course of maybe a half hour, I literally sat here for another 20 minutes before she even STARTED my order. I had to go back and edit my review I was so frustrated.
There is no way I will ever step foot in this place again!

Smallest portion sizes. Honestly I could eat about 10 of the bowls. Was about 7 or 8 spoonfuls. Not sure why vegan restaurants think they eat dramatically less. Perhaps more non vegans would eat here if you gave a decent portion size.

After looking at the photos of the food, I decided to give this place a try.
What I loved:
They have fantastic Chai! That I am told is made in house and is absolutely worth $6.
What I didn’t love:
After looking at the food photos, I decided upon the Sedona bowl. When I received my bowl, it was such a small amount compared to the photos on the website that I almost said something thinking I might’ve made a mistake and ordered a small. After spending close to $25 on a 12oz chai and the Sedona bowl there was no mistake.
It was delicious, but not terribly special. The scrambled eggs actually were a bit undercooked wirh runny whites which isn’t a huge deal to me but a more squeamish person might be upset about. But the paltry amount was a huge turn off. I do love a good chai so will come back for this but will go home and make this dish myself.
I looked for Wi-Fi, but did not see it. Everything was locked but didn’t ask either and was never offered.
Was not asked if I enjoyed my meal or anything. I believe it was the owner that was the only person behind the counter on a Friday at 11:30 AM..
I tried to order a juice shot to go with my meal to which (the owner) told me that they were currently out.
I only gave four stars because of the fantastic chai. Kind of disappointed with the experience overall. The owner seemed a little jaded.
