Absolutely the BEST BAGEL SHOP IN LEHIGH VALLEY! The food is always fantastic. The down side? Getting a hold of them to place an order over the phone. I think if you guys upgraded to an online order system; 5 stars all the way.
You’d be able to start working on mobile/online orders immediately. That with a virtual terminal for payment…you’d do better than you’re doing now. Less phone calls, less labor on the register…hope you find this suggestion useful.

Really delicious bagels. All of the staff I interacted with were so sweet. They are SO efficient, but without being rude or pushy even a little.
The location was a bit strange as an out-of-towner, but once I got there it was well worth the drive.

Moved to area a year ago from NYC area. Was worried about finding a good bagel. Past this spot a couple times always had a line. Gave it a shot. Fantastic bagels! The cheddar jalapeño may be the best bagel I have ever had. Friendly, family type staff. Sometimes it takes a minute, but well worth the wait.

Back Home Bagels has THE BEST BAGELS!! I have driven 45 minutes out of my way just to get one of their bagels! Their bagels are always fresh, warm and a little chewy on the inside- heavenly! They also have an amazing line up of sandwiches for lunch! This place is awesome- highly recommend!!

Coming from long island NY and home of the best bagels. I must say this bagel shop has literally met way above and beyond my expectations. There bagels are so good and taste fresh everytime we go there. The dough and flavor is so on point I would even say they are better then most of the places in long island. Perfection

I ordered a sandwich platter for today and it was beyond expectations! Everyone enjoyed the bagels and quality meats used. I stop frequently for their standard fare but definitely plan to take advantage of the catering options in the future.

The bagels were nice and soft. The blueberry cream cheese was good. I didn’t care for the garlic and scallion cream cheese. The bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel was delicious. The inside is clean and there were fresh flowers which brightens my mood! I would definitely go back.

Usually the bagels have been good, but recently lt hasn’t. Most times when I specifically asked for a toasted bagel, it’s not toasted at all. This last time, me and my husband ordered 2 bagels. And it took 45 minutes for us to get it. While we were waiting they gave out bagels who ordered after us, they need to find a better process. Have a cut off when you have 50 tickets and people are waiting. Guess I gotta find a new bagel place.
